The service person that came to our home to fix our water softener was great! The Culligan water softener that was already in our home when we moved in hadn't been serviced in a while. He tested our water, repaired a mechanical issue and fixed a problem with the salt. Now we will be requesting an annual check-up and will be setting up the salt delivery service. Our technician was friendly, knowledgeable and highly skilled. It was a pleasure to have him in our home.
