Your technicians are always great. I was disappointed, though, that when our water system Slowed to a trickle and we had to start purchasing drinking water that we were told that the earliest appointment available was in two weeks.

Mike was our Service Tech; he was outstanding! Mike went above and beyond. He is very pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. He was very considerate about our carpets just being cleaned on the upper level. He wore his shoe covers to go downstairs. Once he saw there was an entrance to the basement from the outside; he decided to bring everything through the outside and into the unfinished basement. He installed the water softener with expertise; he was informative and answered all questions. He was very pleasant and congenial to our requests. We are 110% SATISFIED WITH MIKE'S SERVICES!

Guy was this mike, restore efficient, very friendly, very easy to talk to explain everything I do is easy to understand and he cleaned up after himself. I can't say anything more about the guy. He was just great. His name was mike.
