A kind of get rid of great reputation in the industry. We had an opportunity to to change our old, our software into that. And we had talked with Eric North field, minnesota. And he really geared ken ken to buy a ticket. You pronounce his name and um we met with him and he really brought the colors in reputation. His sales rep that presented himself. Culligan has a great reputation for product and Service. We had a chance to change out our water softener when our old one went out and decided to make the switch. We have been very pleased with the great water we have now. Eric Kanzenbach, sales representative made such a difference also in selecting Culligan. He not only was very knowledgeable of the system but took the time to explain/answer all of our questions. Great representative for Culligan.
