Those bags are heavy and for elderly customers like us this is an important service to have. Your drivers are friendly and that's a nice feature also. One suggest. We would like to have some notice about when your drivers are coming so that we will always be at home to let them in the house.

Service is questionable at best. Have missed two deliveries in two weeks. Newly replaced system is more efficient than older system.

We used to get text T when you were going to deliver salt. I would like to see this come back. We are gone during day and find the salt sitting on our steps. The purpose for us on the salt delivery is to have it take down to the basement and put in softern as we are older and can’t carry it very well down the steps ourselves.
