The service of Culligan from Ocala was impeccable from sales to installation. Everyone was very professional and very well organized and did an excellent job. This was my first install. This is day one so I will have to let you know later how well it goes and so far, I’m very very happy

I have always had excellent service. My only complaint has been the hose that extends to salt tank is not long enough and continues to fall off.

The young man who delivered/dumped the salt was awesome! Very personable and polite. I had a few questions since I’d never had a water softener and he answered every one. He was very knowledgeable and perceptive and I hope he will always be “our guy.”

From the products I like the versatiliry and the main reason of having clean and safe water supply for comsuption, cooking and many uses through the house.From the services I like the knowledge of the personnel doing the instalation, explaining the how to for basic maintenance. The corteous and respectful manners. Cleaning behind him leaving no trash or mess behind. Radames Resto did a great instalation job, very organized and professional.
