We very much like our Culligan system, and would recommend Culligan's service to others.
We do have one recommendation: please have the local office contact your clients at least a day in advance, and preferably two or more with an estimated time of service. We have not received prior notice over the past year or so. The schedule dates on our bills also are not accurate (this past month, an unannounced service call call arrived a week after the date provided on a previous invoice). Moreover, I called after a recent service call earlier this year and was assured that I would be called, which did not happen. Fortunately, my wife and I both work from the home and are usually around-but not always. We live in a remote area and would not like the service people arrive to find no one home. We also wouldn't want to miss our routine service, especially in the immediately before and after the bad weather months (the access road to our community can be snowy/icy in the winter and preclude service trucks from making it to our community.
