Well built product even though it costs more than others. My only problem is I was not kept informed about the delivery of the softener. The delivery was delayed by several hours but no one notified me. A 2 hour window should be used and held to. Technician should call if he’s going to be several hours late.

I love my soft water…especially for showering. I really notice the difference in how my hair looks when showering with soft vs hard water. And the reverse osmosis drinking water system I have is the best!! Water tastes great and the service I’ve had with filter changes and salt delivery has been great too.
