This last Saturday, I was trying to call in to your company to make a payment, even some kind of an automated one. However, I could not get past your automated response that was trying to get me to buy some sort of life alert type device.
Making an online payment turned out almost as hard and so I stopped trying to do that as well.
When I called in Monday, the person who answered could not take my payment because your system was down or doing something. She was very nice and sent me a link to the customer portal (I typically hate portals). Nonetheless I went to the portal and was unable yo make a payment there either.
I finally got everything taken care of Tuesday.
#1 A person answered the phone and I did not have to navigate through a menu
#2 A very polite person answered, listened and hopefully resolved my problem.
Great service, initial sales rep was very nice. Explained everything and deliveries have been great. Mark my delivery person has been very great notifies me time and when he’s done.
Eileen Magana provided excellent customer service. She was able to walk me through the process of paying my invoice online and provided copies of all outstanding invoices.
