We have been Culligan customers for five years, and have worked with many different technicians over the years. Our current technician is Mark. He is very polite, cleans up after himself with our tank servicing, and is great with communication. In the past other technicians have left water messes or did not show up for appointments. That has never been the case with Mark. He is great.

We have an older Culligan unit that is in need of service, Andrea was friendly, professional, and very helpful in setting up a conversation with the service manager and helping to arrange for a senior technician to come out and work on our Culligan water system. We are looking forward to the technician arriving next week and hope that he is able to complete all the repairs on that same day.

Culligan, water of Ontario does an excellent job with their service and their product. And a special shout out to Matt, which is the manager of the drivers is always there if you need him. By the off chance said something goes wrong with a delivery he's always there to make it right. Excellent job. I would recommend Culligan water of Ontario to anyone. And my regular driver Josh he also does an excellent job.
