Salesman explained everything. First installer was not friendly and installed an old faucet that dripped. Had to call & get a new faucet. 2nd installer was great. He had a new faucet.
Apparently when you took over Hillswater in Covina, you were supposed to modify my set up and didn’t. As such I have not been getting the soft water I was paying for.
I still need soft water and would consider you guys if you did something to compensate me for the time I wasn’t getting what I paid for. Perhaps a discount for some reasonable period. Or?
Your technician caused a water regulator valve failure and leak when removing equipment from my property. When i called for service on a Saturday i was told i would have to wait till Monday for service. Since water was all over my garage floor, i called a plumber to come and repair it. I submitted the bill to the Ontario office almost 3 weeks ago and i still have not received compensation.
We enjoy having soft water. It has saved our plumbing. However, the cost of this service is almost cost prohibitive. For the foreseeable future, we will continue to use your service. Thanks for asking our opinion.
