When my wife and I moved up to Shelburne Ontario from Orangeville, both towns have hard water and use a lot of chlorine. When you can grab a glass of water and all you smell is chlorine it’s time to do something about it. So we purchased an RO system and a water softener system, and had not had any issues with drinking the water, the installation staff, and the drivers who deliver my salt to a fantastic job. The lady who answered my call was very nice and helpful. The emergency service fellow who came on the Sunday was nice but was not able to fix my problem so he just by-passed the UV light. It took the office until Tuesday to get back to me, I had expected a call on Monday. Kyle came out and after some difficulty was able to get the stuck quartz liner out of the unit. He replace it and reconnected the system.
