The young man who installed our new system was very personable and knowledgeable. Brandon did a great job and explained the workings and use of the app very well.
Just wanted to give a great customer service shout out to DEAGO. He was servicing our neighbors house and noticed that we were platinum service customers. He checked our system and noticed we were low on salt and refilled it for us. He also showed me how to reset the system after adding salt. What a kind and considerate guy and he had such a great attitude and friendly customer service!
I just wanted to take a moment to say what a good job Josh Riviera did. He went above and beyond helping me fix my issue . I had to call the water company out and he stayed and worked with them to make sure my issue was resolved as fast as possible. I am very appreciative of his excellent service
When I moved from Orlando to Freeport, Florida, the only water service that would come out to our residential community on a golf course was Culligan Water. When I moved back to Orlando, I decided to stay with Culligan.
I am on my 2nd driver in a year, but the current driver has been with the company for a few years and took over the route when the first driver quit. It has taken a couple of months for my deliveries to be made on the date stated, but I believe it is back on track now.

Josh Rivera was my service technician today and not only did he provided very detailed and conscientious servicing of my system, but he instructed me in so many details about which I had no idea. When I return to upstate New York in May for the summer, I’m going to call my Culligan Service Department to schedule and do a thorough check on our current system which we’ve had there for more than 20 years.
Great service and thank you for the help monitoring. Sometimes it’s difficult for me to walk and knowing your team helps keep an eye on the system is great.
