Absolutely amazing service. Josh Rivera took the time to personally contact me and let me know that my water system was down due to a cut extension cord. Not only did he identify the issue, but he also dug up the old line and helped install a new one. His professionalism, attention to detail, and tremendous customer service truly sets him apart

Sales person, Deborah Hutchison was both helpful and knowledgeable and installation technician, Brandon, was excellent. This was a difficult installation because of location in the garage and obstacles and Brandon did a great job.

I've been using Culligan water softener & purifier systems since 1975 (over 50 years), and as a child my parents had a Culligan system (1960's & 70's). Total quality, reliability & support. Have had friends who bought cheaper systems only to discover their company was out of business when they needed parts & servicing.

Products are good - reliable, quality products. Service is the key to our 10 rating. Our water delivery person (Dwayne) is already excellent, helpful, polite, just excellent. I apologize that I can't remember our salt delivery person, but he is also excellent for the same reasons: professional, polite, and excellent in service. Great job hiring professionals!

The friendly customer service team, and the service technician took time to explain what’s going on and how the system works. I had know how complicated the system is, but Josh Rivera was very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend your company at all!
