Josh Rivera did an awesome job. I've been dealing with a water leak that caused my water bill to be close to $2,000 and I needed to have the water softener serviced and inspected to rule it out as a possible source. Josh did a thorough inspection of the hardware system, even digging around the pipes underground and confirmed the system was working properly and not contributing to the leak problem. By Josh doing such a thorough inspection of the system, and confirming the system was working properly, Josh helped me save money because he said it didn't need to be serviced and it was in very good condition. He gave me the option to choose the service, but generously informed me it wasn't needed. That spoke volume regarding his professionalism and character, and the quality of the product.

We live in Chuluota where drinking water is not the best. Many years ago we put Culligan drinking water system and it has been great for us. Culligan comes out once a year or so and replaces filters. This time the faucet came loose from underneath the sink. Josh Rivera came out replaced the faucet in a short amount of time and all-around good job. Josh is very polite professional. We like him a lot highly recommend.
