The technician showed up a little early which was fine. I showed him the system, explained problems and he got to work. He completed in record time and actually fixed the problem. I have had at least 3 techs out to work on stenner pump and problem remained. Now it is injecting chlorine like it supposed to. He flushed the charcoal filter tank, fixed a problem with backwash and scheduled a backwash that evening. What a joy to have soft water with no rust. Could not be more pleased with the job.
Always get call reminder day before and Duane texts me night before to leave bottles outside. Really find it beneficial having water cooler and healthy, as I drink more.

Right now I have a major problem with Culligan. I have been trying to pay my current invoice online to no avail. When I called the office a week or so ago, I was told it was not available to pay so I couldn't even pay it over the phone. I have been out of town last week. Could someone please let me know how best to pay my current invoice?
