Aimee was incredibly helpful and polite when we called her for a service appointment to repair our water filter system. It makes a big difference to speak with someone who listens and ensures you have a timely appointment. Joshua Rivera was our technician. Joshua Rivera went above and beyond to help solve our problems with our reverse osmosis filtration system. He then discovered a problem we were unaware of with our water softener system. (It wasn’t working.) We needed a repair. Alex came out and took care of the repair we needed for the water softener system. He was polite and completed the much needed repair for us. Our family invested a significant amount of money in The Culligan systems for our home. It means a great deal to us to know that your company has employees who will help us take care of the system and will ensure it operates well for us.
