Josh Rivera did an awesome job. I've been dealing with a water leak that caused my water bill to be close to $2,000 and I needed to have the water softener serviced and inspected to rule it out as a possible source. Josh did a thorough inspection of the hardware system, even digging around the pipes underground and confirmed the system was working properly and not contributing to the leak problem. By Josh doing such a thorough inspection of the system, and confirming the system was working properly, Josh helped me save money because he said it didn't need to be serviced and it was in very good condition. He gave me the option to choose the service, but generously informed me it wasn't needed. That spoke volume regarding his professionalism and character, and the quality of the product.

Customer service is awesome. I especially like both Veronicas. Delivery is quick. Drivers are personable and helpful. It’s the taste of Culligan spring water I like the most. It’s almost as good as beer.
