The representative, Mike, was on time, cordial, courteous and efficient. He did the maintenance of the unit and tightened the loose faucet (which had been bothering me). He told me if anything like that happened again to call right away and it would be remedied. I especially liked his "handlebar" moustache (being a very old Senior, 93 yrs. old!). Have been enjoying my R.O. set-up for many years and would recommend it to anyone.

Prior to installation the technician “Mike” came in our home to see where the unit was to be installed together with the reverse osmosis. Mike took time explain the process. When he was done he cleaned up his mess and showed us the installation. On his way out he thanked us for our business. Great guy!
