I need to drink plenty of water every day and with that in mind I enjoy the use of a the cooler and 18L bottles of water. I find that the taste of this water as opposed to tap water makes a difference. Other than that, the delivery driver is very reliable. I have had some communication issues with customer service in the past but it seems that Culligan is making effort to improve which I really appreciate seeing.
Well, so far the water filtration system is working beautifully.
The installation was done quietly and efficiently.
The box in the basement is very neat and clean looking.
Lenisha was the service person who spoke with me. She was very knowledgeable and understanding. She confirmed that I would be receiving service this year in August, and that the service centre would call possibly a month ahead to book the appointment. I found Lenisha extremely professional and genuine and compassionate. She was able to alleviate my worries about a sound that I was hearing with the system and she said it could be just water pressure right now but because I have my service coming up soon, it should be OK until then. I want to say that service people are the foundation of a good company. As long as you have very good service people and treat them right and pay them well you will always be a good company. Lenisha is a great client representative that understood my needs and addressed them quickly efficiently and with grace. She has great rapport with the client. She is a top level service individual. I have received great advice during an emergency call. The problem was not du to the Culligan products but the service person figured out what was wrong and he was right.
