I have been a Culligan customer for more than 30 years, and every time I call I get the best possible customer support. I only order salt for my softener because Culligan took the time to show me the difference in the quality of their salt vs. other retailers. I will now like to have Culligan quote me on installing an UltraViolet system to ensure my tap water is drinkable and does not contain any bacteria/e-coli. And finally, because I struggle, due to my age, to haul the salt bags into my basement, "Ann" offered to have the delivery men take them to my basement for me....that is the best possible service and will ensure I continue to us Culligan in the future.!!
