We love our new water softener, we should have purchased one years ago now that we realize how nice our skin & hair feel. It's so much more gentle on our appliance. will definitely be recommending to all our neighbours, family & friends.
Good service. Prices for service and parts are high however. I’ve been a customer since 2002 and have seen the prices increase more in the last couple of years than ever before.

Had a call to switch my appointment by one day, as the service agent was going to advisor be in my area the day after the regular scheduled appointment. With the price of gas, it only made sense. They were very appreciative of the change and it really made no difference to us.
Service was prompt and on time. We asked for a call 30 minutes prior to the appointment so we could accommodate someone to be home, and Culligan obliged.
Always good clean salt. The service is great. One call and I get delivery quickly and the gentlemen who delivers the salt brings it right to the location I need the bags to be. Always respectful and friendly service from all.
Delivery is consistent and quick. My delivery driver is courteous, always on time and brings my water inside my garage for me. Customer service is great when I call in as well!
I had a technician come who was good ,polite and professional but my softener needed to be replaced and was waiting for a callback to organize it , my call “fell through the cracks “ so I reached out a week later to figure out what was happening, i believe it was the next day i had a supervisor reach out to me about the mistake
