The product is great. We have had for 3 years without issue. But when I called to make a service appt the earliest appt available is 8:30 and the latest appt available is 2:30. Kind of hard when my husband works in Howell 6-2:30 and I work 7:30-4:00. I didn’t really like the fact that my husband has to take a day off or I have to miss 2 hours of work for service. And no Saturday offered which I understand who wants to work on Saturday but in that case I feel the service hours should be adjusted a little. Maybe start by 7:30 or 8:00 and end at 3:30 or 4:00.
I am very satisfied with the service from Waughs Culligan Service. Friendly and Professional service. Staff is very knowledgeable and I can depend on them to provide service very quickly
