The service guys are friendly, reliable, engaged with their customers. They seem genuinely interested in and motivated to be the best in their line of work.
I’ve had my rented system for almost 9 years, and love having perfectly clean water on tap, I like the rental system since Culligan contacts me annually to have filters replaced, and a helpful, knowledgeable person comes to do it.
I love the taste of the water and my coffee is out of this world good. It is so convenient to just turn on the tap instead of carrying large bottles home from the store. Thank you for my fresh water.
For the most part Culligan has been very upfront with me. I do have 1 exception as when we had the Softner installed we discussed the automatic salt delivery and quarterly service calls and it was decided that yes we wanted this service. We assumed that we had been billed for this service at the time of installation but we have never received 1 salt delivery or had any inspections of the unit since it was installed. Then after 4 months we started getting emails trying to sell us this service which we thought we already had.
