Installation of the new equipment was done very professionally. All of my questions were answered and addressed. An additional set of valves was installed to isolate the unit from the house water supply. The unit has provided much "softer" water than my previous unit. The app has not had any bugs and provides insight into how much water is used each day. A power outage disconnected the unit from the wifi. A few weeks later a service tech stopped by to reconnect it, and disposed of the salt tank from the old unit that had been finally emptied. This was done without a service charge which seemed appropriate, and much appreciated. Reliable, dependable, and trouble free for both the equipment and service. 5 stars!

We are extremely happy with Culligan. We had Dane come to our home and go through all our options for a water softener, chlorine removal and a reverse osmosis system, and he was friendly and professional and explained everything so well. Then we had Josh the plumber come and do the installation of everything, and he was such a great guy. Everything went smoothly and professionally, and we have already recommended Culligan to others and will continue to do so. Excellent customer service!

I had 3 bottles of water delivered and the gentleman doing the delivery was helpful, carrying them to where I asked and giving me the type of bottle better suited to where they are stored. He was polite, courteous and very pleasant. The delivery occurred exactly when stated Thank you for the prompt service as always and at a very affordable price
