When unforeseen problems occur, the ladies in the office step up and take care of it. I've had had a small emergency, and one lady (i believe it was one of them) came to my rescue! The delivery guy is very pleasant and delivers on time. Having home delivery was the best decision I ever made. NO more leaving the house, filling, carrying HEAVY bottles & t home bringing them into the house!! I highly recommend home delivery.!

Your product work like they should. Install was efficient and done in a timely manner. Installers were very polite. Schedule service was completed on time. There was only one unsolved issue that is still ongoing. This issue is just a minor one air in the osmosis system. Very puzzling I might add.

I like that I can choose the option for delivery of salt and that the delivery person also does a quick check to make sure my softener is working properly. I find the referral dashboard a bit confusing though. It shows I referred someone ( and I did) and they have their system installed already, but the dashboard says reward issues ( or something like that) Zero. Even though it shows I successfully referred someone and they got the system?? I don’t really get that.
