Ryan was the first person we met at our home. Ryan was professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions which we appreciated. He was energetic and displayed great enthusiasm for his work. Would recommend Ryan to anyone. Peter was the second person we met. When service is needed, we are quick to get a response and repair. It would be helpful if the technicians would inform rural customers who are affected by power outages and surges often that a surge protector for the plug is highly recommended. We have had to replace our head TWICE as the culligan plug is NOT GROUNDED as the first technician told us nothing. We have had to pay over $1500 for repairs that could have easily been avoided!!!! We have a surge protector already attached to our breaker panel but the plug the culligan is plugged into is not included in that surge protector.

Our salt is always delivered on time and place in the area we need. The individual that delivers the bags also will put some bags in our water softener if needed. This is so helpful for us and we really appreciate how friendly and helpful they are.

Culligan’s response time is quick! On a weekend, I didn’t expect to hear anything back until business on Monday but they called immediately to an issue we were having and offered to send someone right away. We waited until Monday because it wasn’t that urgent. When their team arrived on Monday, they were onsite and done within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Culligan as their customer care, quality of product, and professionalism of their staff is excellent.
