I love having salt and filters delivered, carried to my basement and loaded into our softner. We did it for more years than I can count. Now these nice gentleman come twice a year and I don't have to worry about it. Their customer service gets an A+ from me. I've referred several friends who are now taking advantage of the services from Culligan of Perryville too.
We have delivery/maintenance contract. The service/delivery technician is what we like most of all. He is very trustworthy & has created a very good acquaintance with my husband who is disabled. We live on a farm & I work outside of the home full time, so my husband looks forward to the monthly deliveries. I just wish there was a rewards program when having the salt delivered that is similar to the rewards program for purchase of salt when picked up. If you think about it, having the monthly delivery scheduled assures the purchase of several bags each month whereas without the scheduled delivery the person buying salt may not be purchasing salt from the same location every month. These are the people being rewarded to buying the salt from 1 location instead of the people who commit to delivered contract from 1 location.
