I have only had a water softener for a couple of weeks, I noticed a difference within the first week. My skin was not a dry and itchy after showering. I also noticed my dishes felt clean after washing them, there was no soap residue left on them
Steve arrived on Apr 21/26 to service our rental Iron Cleer Unit, in which the aerator had become defective on April 17/26, prompting me to call Culligan for service as soon as possible. The problem was fixed and the unit is functioning properly again.
I have had no problems with any of your products so far, and even I am surprised on this statement, as I have dealt with you for many years. Now usually you come across at least one problem, but I guess I am one of those lucky ones. As for service that is something else. while I was growing up service meant that you were available to be able to help and or solve all of their questions? However, unless I go right to the store I don't get that service. Instead, I either get an answering machine that can't answer my question or an operator that that keeps transferring me to someone else. Now I realize that this may be the way of the future but for me and other people in my age bracket (excuse me for the language but "IT SUCKS') and it seems that nothing can be done about.
