I found the technician very helpful and took his time to explain things to a person that is not good at not good with technology and I really appreciate that . I buy my water and salt there as well and the girls could not be more helpful I have health issues and they carry out these items for me which again I appreciate . So I am happy with all aspects of culligan . I could get my water and salt at places a lot closer than Culligan but I have no reason to go else where thank you everyone for great service mj
