A SOLID BUSINESS! I have been using Culligan's Peterborough and sometimes Belleville for over 20 years and even though there have been lots of challenges with my water and the solutions provided, they have always worked hard at it and made things better eventually. I used to own my equipment first and so I paid for them to service it annually and the cost was reasonable for a company this size. I am grateful that we have a decent sized Water Treatment Company with a full scale Service department that responds reasonably well when I have an urgent problem because I rent my cottage home out during the summer. After 17 or 18 years my equipment needed replacing so I decided to rent going forward and the cost is very reasonable monthly and it includes free service calls if you have rented equipment problems or if you want an annual checkup. I used to go get my peroxide and my salt but Culligan's offers a very reasonable delivery cost and they'll even top up your reservoirs for you if you ask politely. Recently, I subscribed to the spring water delivery service because we are tired of dragging huge heavy cases of water and large bottles of water from the grocery store. The cost per bottle is very reasonable. So - I am happy to give this company as much business as I can afford and give them a 10 out of 10 rating.
