I like the fact that I can have soft water without buying and lugging home heavy bags of salt, Culligan installed the tank and will swap it out for a recharged one when needed. Haven't had a tank swap yet but my brother is interested in this service also.

I like the fact that when we switched from bottled water to the Culligan System of Reverse Osmosis the installer said he could incorporate our ice maker in the refrigerator. That helped to cement our decision that this is the way to go for us.
