Definitely a 10! I have missed my Cligan water! The hot water is still not dispensing yet, so maybe later, y'all can come check it out later to see what it is. I run it through the coffee maker to get it hot for tea. If not fixable, I do have an electric pump to recharge for the water.

Again, a customer with colleague and for over 40 years and other than a few minor issues. I've been quite happy with them and today service was as good as it can get. Daniel explained everything and went about his work as they usually do when they get here. And he answered all of my questions. So I was quite happy with service today.
