I do not like the blue tooth button.
I have had Culligan installed in several homes and the installer always drilled a hole and installed the fountain on my counter. Now I have to get a contractor to drill the hole and then have Culligan come in to install the fountain.
Very much an inconvenience and expense.
customer service is great, if I have questions or concerns!

Not crazy about the $6.00 service fee to deliver, I do not feel this is needed. This should just be included in with what is being delivered.
Culligan tech and trainee arrived in specified time window. They sent a text en route. They were polite and professional. They reviewed service to be performed. They were neat. Appreciate their good work.
Of course the product is superb and the service is wonderful. Call to make sure the scheduled time is OK and informs us when he is on his way. Very satisfied with all.
I've been with Culligan Water for many years now and have received outstanding service. The people are fantastic...from customer service on the phone to the technicians who come out. I have never had any concerns about my account. They look out for my best interest and always show up at the appointed time. Customer service is very friendly. Delivery is always as said it would be.Driver delivers bottles right to my front door. Fantastic company to deal with and I have been with them for years and never had a complaint
Great tasting water, delivered easily and reliably. It makes me sure that I don't have to worry about when my local water company announces issues with their supply that I haven't been drinking water with such issues.
