Everyone who I dealt with was exceptional. Emily helped me at first because I originally was going to get bottle delivery, but then switched to an at home filtration system. Gary came out and tested my water and explained the process of the RO system. We compared prices with my current filtered water through a pitcher vs the Culligan system. Getting the Culligan system in the long run will save us lots. Plus knowing that if there are any issues or I need the filters replaced, they are covered in the plan. Ease of mind is a huge selling point. Rich who installed the system was very efficient and did a great job installing the system in the laundry room with the tap in the kitchen. This saved us space under the kitchen sink. And on top of all this, the filtered drinking water is great. It is a game changer having filtered drinking water with the ease of just turning a faucet. Great product and great people!

We have had a Culligan ROF for 6 years. It is installed on our kitchen faucet and it continues to provide us with noticeably better tasting water. In fact, that was the first thing we notice when we originally had the system installed. We could really taste the difference. Culligan's service is outstanding--Not only are the customer service people great-- the service people who come to out home are extremely friendly and professional.
