I am very happy with my Culligan water softener and the service I receive. The system works well, and the staff is always friendly, professional, and reliable. Monty was delivery person. Very professional, positive attitude and friendly. Would highly recommend this individual fora delivery from Culligan. Also I contacted the office to asking about doing a satisfaction survey. Elizabeth was the kind person who sent me the link. She also was dry professional and positive attitude. This Pittsburgh branch is a pleasure to do business.

We have used Culligan water products for 40 years with only 1 service call required. I’d say that’s speaks for Culligan’s products.
Your representatives speak for your company! They are the voice of your company. I recently spoke with Beth Ritter. I have not spoken to a more friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful customer service representative in a very long time. She addressed my concerns and scheduled a service representative to come to my home in an extremely quick time frame. She repeatedly thanked me for our 40 years of service.
You need to give this girl a raise - BUT, that being said - keep her in the public service area… she represents your company extremely well!

Your products are very good, but what keeps me coming back as a customer - and why I recommend Culligan to family and friends - is your customer service, especially your drivers. My culligan driver places my order on my porch, which I greatly appreciate, and always removes my empties. I live on a private lane and he consistently maneuvers his truck without ever causing damage of any kind. He has excellent driving skills and I would like to have a commendation letter placed in his personnel file because of this! Your drivers are the face of Culligan. Additionally, whenever I have called your office, the staff there is friendly and very well trained. Culligan has phenomenal customer service in a world where that is very hard to find. Your team makes it look easy!
