We have used Culligan water products for 40 years with only 1 service call required. I’d say that’s speaks for Culligan’s products. Your representatives speak for your company! They are the voice of your company. I recently spoke with Beth Ritter. I have not spoken to a more friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful customer service representative in a very long time. She addressed my concerns and scheduled a service representative to come to my home in an extremely quick time frame. She repeatedly thanked me for our 40 years of service. You need to give this girl a raise - BUT, that being said - keep her in the public service area… she represents your company extremely well!

Your products are very good, but what keeps me coming back as a customer - and why I recommend Culligan to family and friends - is your customer service, especially your drivers. My culligan driver places my order on my porch, which I greatly appreciate, and always removes my empties. I live on a private lane and he consistently maneuvers his truck without ever causing damage of any kind. He has excellent driving skills and I would like to have a commendation letter placed in his personnel file because of this! Your drivers are the face of Culligan. Additionally, whenever I have called your office, the staff there is friendly and very well trained. Culligan has phenomenal customer service in a world where that is very hard to find. Your team makes it look easy!
