Usually it is convenient if given a time frame. I waited most of the day for service delivery. I was given the time frame of morning or afternoon. Thus, most of my day was spent waiting. It was not the fault of the delivery man.

We had a Culligan RO system and water softener unit when we lived Arizona. We were very pleased with the service and positive results that the Culligan system had on our home water. Jessica Fleeger was our initial contact and sales person here in WPA. She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and had a low pressure sales approach. Jessica is a great representative for Culligan. Sky was the technician that installed our system. He arrived as scheduled, took the time to survey the location and installation of our system, listened to our comments/questions and explained thoroughly the work involved. He worked efficiently and careful of property. He left the work area neat and cleaner then it was at the start. Sky explained in detail how the system works and what to expect once the RO and the soft water system went on line. If you are considering a RO and/or a water softener system, we would HIGHLY recommend Culligan. K & J

I love that they have Awesome communication! I love that they also always give notifications when they are close and reminders of when our water delivery is coming up and reminders about billing! They have awesome customer service! We also always get our order when we’re supposed to! They truly take care of their customers.
