We like your soft water and filter products. 35 year customer 10 at one place and 25 yrs here Service us generally very good - with a few minor exceptions. we have had service under three different operators. In CA. - excellent. Here - the old St. Lucie operator, excellent. Most recent operator sometimes spotty techs. We just had two visits. The firdt visit, the tech had trouble finding our house. Sat in neighbors driveway 30 minutes.. Did get our filter pack changed OK after he found our house. Second visit, delayed appointment- guess the 1st guy was out sick -? Did not have gate code, we got him in gate with phone call. New tank installed. took 15 min. Have to wait for tank to fill and will know if new tank OK.. No complaint. At this point we are still your customer.
