I just recently had an under-the-sink system installed in my apartment. I had been using the 5 gallon jugs of water with a bottom loading cooler which I really loved a lot. However, those jugs had become more than I was able to handle. So far, I really love my new system. It is so nice to be able to just turn a knob and have fresh filtered water at my fingertips. No more water jug deliveries! No more taking up space to store my extra jugs of water! No more being concerned over hurting my back trying to install the jugs into the cooler!

Rarely have I needed a service person for my Culligan water softener. When I had a problem 2 weeks ago the person I talked with on the phone was very pleasant & helpful. The service person called me back within a few hours (it was a Friday), and he repaired my water softener the very next Monday morning.

Soft water is a comfort when using water for all reasons.... bathing, haircare, laundry, etc. Hard water is so harsh and coarse and uncomfortable. Culligan is the best!
