I like to rent as we are unable too fill salt because of our age. I am not happy with the issue of providing new client as I did do that and never received my $100.00 gift certificate. Tried several times and also talked to your office and to get into that program is SO CONFUSING!!!!!! I would not recommend it to anyone…….instead take $100.00 off my bill!!!!! It has been at less 7 months since we had our soft water installed!
