Just began water service. From my first call everyone was so very kind, professional and very helpful. My first time navigating bringing water into the home. I called multiple water services. Culligan hands down had the best customer service. All of my questions were answered, they explained process (re-explained with patience:) when I was trying to understand billing). Made the extra effort and went beyond to deliver my first water bottles because we were going to be away on Spring Break- I really appreciated the help to accommodate our conflict. Again, every time I’ve called the office, everyone was helpful. Renee was super helpful and kind. This is what makes someone come back again and again! Thank you!

products are similar to others, the service and consultation from Angela was like nothing I've had before in home sales. She was well informed, educated me and I am confident sold me the solutions I needed -- not the ones that drove her own self - interest. Very refreshing vs. a very bad culligan experience I had 18 years ago and have had to live with since then.

I love the convenience of having R. O. water from my kitchen tap instead of having to buy and haul home gallons at a time. Convenience has its price, of course. Installation of my filter systems was good and service has always been friendly and helpful. Currently looking to relocate my carbon filter to a better place in the basement and get 5 year maintenance, but again needing to consider the cost.
