My husband and I have been mostly happy with the whole process of obtaining products and services from Culligan. Our initial appointment with Angie was great. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained each product and service in depth. After several estimates we were confident we were being provided the best value. As for our installation appointment it could have been a little better. The young woman was very friendly. Our disappointment was with her quality of work. After installing the drinking water dispenser above the kitchen sink there was no attempt to clean up the metal shavings scattered about. Then the shut off valve installed in the basement was not done correctly or in a logical location.

We like the convenience of having a softening system that we rent and pay for service and salt. The delivery person brings the salt to the machine. He/she looks at the machine and informs us if we need to put salt in and if we need to put in more. We are elderly and can not pick up the heavy bags so the delivery person will sometimes help us put the salt in the softener. The oxidizer under the kitchen sink is serviced once a year and we have clean water to drink. The service people are nice and very professional. We truly love the convenience.
