Very professional the and technicians were well trained and answered all our questions. The sales representative was honest and didn't try to over sell our needs.
Salt and products are delivered by friendly people--although I think some need more training before working solo One driver did not know what kind of products were used in our machine and he questioned me about whether a product should be added. Culligan had not given me information concerning the maintenance of the machine so I did not know the answer. Another service person forgot to turn on the machine before he left...A difference repair person did not plug in the machine after he repaired it. Our water quality suffered after these blunders. I do appreciate the notification prior to delivery. I have asked for and have received an annual list of when the deliveries would arrive. That is much appreciated. I have called when noticing a problem and a service person was dispatched rather quickly--much appreciated. All in all, I like the Culligan system and would recommend it. I realize that it is difficult to hire accomplished people in this economy---but please try to provide more training for these people hired to provide service to Culligan users.
Prices are reasonable. Delivery service is great. The only change I would make is if you could provide delivery schedule at least a week in advance. Currently, I receive a reminder email the day before delivery. It is not really a reminder when it is my first notification of the delivery date. This is not a huge problem recently because we are almost always at home anyway. Thank you for the great service and Happy New Year to you all.
