Just bought a house with a Culligan treatment system. Have never had one before. Had a wonderful serviceman come and check the system, do the necessary yearly filers. Was very patient and helpful explaining how the system works, what to watch for etc. His name was Depp and I will ask for him if I need anything else done.

Sales person was very knowledgeable and explained what our water quality meant as he tested it. Very thorough with the equipment options that were available. Installer technician contacted me in advance, was on time and very easy to deal with. Did a great job with the installation and cleaned up afterwards.

I had great service from Ben Cyr at the Rothesay Branch! At first Ben asked lots of questions to see what was important to me. Once he tested my water and answered my many many questions he came back with some options and we talked about which option would be best for me. I am so happy with my machine! It is simple to use, I don’t have to worry about changing filters or lifting heavy bottles and it looks great sitting on my counter!! Thank you Ben! Having worked in customer service my whole life, I really appreciate when someone takes the time to figure out what I need and provides excellent service!!

Peter and Deepak thoroughly educated me on my residential hard water issue and provided fast and professional service. Deepak topped it up with a kind follow-up and educated me in advance of a call from Culligan regarding additional solutions (a booster pump) to prolong the life of my filters and reduce the amount of salt in my water. I’m very pleased with this service.
