I like the convenience and service. However I do have a small issue with my latest delivery. There was someone home, but either the delivery person didn't knock or use the doorbell as no one was heard at the door. This leaving me with and charged for 4 empty bottles. I realize that they will be credited next time however it leaves me trying to store the extra bottles.

I love our water softener and reverse osmosis system. The system has paid for itself in a couple years. We had such hard water we had constant problems with our taps and valves that we had to constantly repair or replace; and we had to buy bottled water for drinking. Not a single problem since we put in the system and we have the best drinking water now!
