I super appreciate the last delivery person's patience when delivering the salt. We didn't realize he was coming (wasn't on my calendar?), and didn't have the side door open. He was great about giving us a couple of minutes to get it together.
In general, it would be VERY HELPFUL to receive an email reminder on delivery dates. I notice that there was a missed call on my phone the day before, but no message was left.

And the service people came when they were supposed to, they didn't cancel or anything and he knew what he was supposed to do and how to do it. And he was very polite and helpful.
I’ve talked several times with both Jamie and Matt regarding my water services, deliveries and billing. As a Culligan customer of many decades I will attest that they are both always kind, knowledgeable and responsive.
If I had either as employees, I would be tremendously satisfied with their customer service and support!
Bob the salesman was great initially and took a lot of time with us explaining everything. No pressure but informative and allowed us to choose the system we wanted. Brandon & CJ installed our system and did a great job. There were professional, courteous and left us feeling happy and confident in the system we just purchased. They told us about extra services they can provide and were are looking at them now. Overall, had a great experience and am happy with our new system.
Culligan is a superior product along with great customer service and delivery service as well. Appreciate receiving a call the day before when salt is to be delivered.
