I received mountain spring water in 3 gallon jugs. I love the taste of the water and I like to be able to lift the bottles. This is my first delivery and Steve was very nice and answered my questions. I have been with another water company for 3 years and I am so glad I have changed.

I am taking this time to write to you and express my extreme satisfaction with our recent service with your representative, Robert Madigan. He has been exemplary in his demeanor and service. He has explained our options with your service in a clear way and has been happy to accommodate us as we thought about our options. He even thought “outside the box” for us as we had some extenuating conditions with an HOA. It is my 90 year old mother who bought this new house and the transition has not been easy for her, but Robert was kind, patient, and clear as he presented what Culligan offers. At every step of the process, we felt that he was considering what was best for us and not just trying to sell us a program for his (and Culligan’s) benefit. He is above and beyond what a sales representative usually is. Our neighbor had a very different (poor) experience with the sales rep who called on her and she told me that she was so unhappy that she was not going to use Culligan. I told her to please meet with Robert before she gave up on Culligan. She did and is just as thrilled with his service as we are and she signed up for your service as a result. Robert rescued a lost client. All communications with him have been answered quickly - even when he was on vacation! - and we feel extremely valued. I am in your Refer a Friend program only because of my confidence and satisfaction with Robert.
