Your products are what you say they are. They do the job well! Your service is excellent. It is dispensed by individuals who know thier job and fo it well.
Personable yet professional culligan specialists/technicians, especially David. He's extremely knowledgeable & always very helpful. The salt products (bags) are good. The filters are good but expensive!
The process was easy and quick. It also was not as expensive as I thought. It was better than having water delivery services. Employees were very professional and knew what they were doing.
Even though, we were out of Culligan water for 4 days, due a broken blue canister, and sadly it happened day before weekend and holiday. Service was scheduled Tuesday, at 3pm to fix the broken blue canister. It was fixed and service tech was sympathetic to our situation, because he could not believe our service request was not treated as an emergency. We cannot blame the service tech but Associate is not knowledgeable to customers requests. We would like a possible a by-pass line to allow SAWS water to run to ALL Culligan customers in case of emergency. ( To avoid customers to fill buckets of water for bathrooms, wash dishes and showers) A respond would be appreciated.
We have had our RO system since our house was built in 1999. We enjoy the water so very much. As we lease the system maintenance or repairs have never been an issue and service is provided promptly.
Our original water softener had to be replaced a few months ago. We chose the model recommended and we have been astounded by its efficiency and minimal use of salt.
Chris is the best--he goes above and beyond when he delivers our water and very trustworthy. We've been going through a difficult time--- many many medical appointments to the point that often we couldn't be at home to accept deliveries but we worked it out with Chris.
Love renting this product rather than owning the unit. If something goes wrong, they come as quickly as possible & take care of the issue. Salt drivers are always on time.
