Your Route Manager, Chris Kois, was a good listener and very helpful. He helped us get our monthly bill back to nearly what was promised to us by a Culligan sales person a few years ago. It had been slowly creeping up even though there had been no change in our amount usage or scheduling times of the Culligan water softener product. He also had the softener tank changed to one of the newer versions as the older tanks had leaked into our garage on at least three previous occasions. We greatly appreciate his quick and effective response to our concerns.

Like the product and the man who comes to replenish the salt, but still waiting for the calendar for 2017 of delivery dates.
Also, one time I was charged for four bags of salt that I did not order or needed.
Please send the calendar of dates for the salt.
It is very difficult for us to shop for soft water salt and lift the bags. This service helps us in that way. We now do not have to ask someone to help us do it. For future planning though, it would be good for us if it was not so expensive for the delivery.
We've had Culligan for many years, and like having soft water. We have owned and are now renting equipment. The only problem over the years is getting timely service for repairs when something goes wrong with the equipment, which means we are without the service for up to 10 days to 2 weeks, all of which time we are paying for it. The repairs have always been excellent once we get a technician out.
Services are great. When ever we need service they send someone as soon as possible and at a time and date that is convenient for us. Repair person shows up promptly, nice and clean, explains any repairs done and asks if we have any questions before he leaves. Excellent!!!
