I want to say first that I had a horrible phone customer service experience that I have previously reported. Mario Pereira the tech that came out renewed my faith in Culliganman. I think you should consider this man for a bonus of some sorts to reflex his excellent work. It turns out that my previous complaint was unwarranted, but the phone customer service representatives were rude, callous, and were more interested in getting you off the phone than helping. I never got the report from customer service on the first visit, which mislead me to be angry about the first visit. He did in fact change the membrane and issue was elsewhere. Mario did an outstanding job, respectful, and courteous. I would also like to report that my request for afternoon appointment was NOT logged or honored by the appointment customer service team. I explicitly told them to make a note of this because I worked graveyard shift. I asked Mario if there was a note of an afternoon request and he said, “No”. Luckily I woke up to his phone call and didn’t miss the appointment. Mario deserves praise, your phone customer service team needs to go or be trained better. I can’t be the only one that feels this way about the phone customer service representatives.
