Yes so far I have been very happy with the service on my yearly plan, I am very glad I subscribed to it,,for a small monthly fee I get to not worry about my water conditioner unit needing very costly repairs,
product quality and service are great. the only thing I was unhappy about was that the salesman told me I had to pay an extra $50 (which i did) for a new supply (cold line) to my refrigerator
though the installer did not put in a new one but rather used the old one. It would be nice if i could get that $50 refunded back to me.
otherwise I'm very happy with my new soft water and drinking water system!
I've been with Culligan for almost 30 years and their customer service (when needed) has been great. Also, I trust the drivers to open my garage to exchange cartridges when I'm not home. Nothing has ever been stolen. Great service, reliable, trustworthy service.
