With only one exception in the past year, water softener tanks have arrived on time with little fuss, and work from the get-go. In the instance when one of the tanks didn't work, Culligan staff went far out of their way to come back to my house and replace the tank. That was extraordinary service and deeply appreciated.
I like having soft water and like that service is on time and I don't have to be present.
I wish you could work out that service charge for $3.40 the 2nd month to be combined with the original bill and 1st service charge. It would save a lot of paperwork and bookkeeping for me. I noticed the website does not let you pay the extra or add to the original bill so you have to wait a month to pay that pesty $3.40 2nd service charge.
We can tell the difference when the water softener doesn't work because we itch.
We can also tell when the filters need to be change for the reverse osmosis drinking water because we can taste it.
It's great to have the service behind the product to keep it in top shape.
Don’t know much about your product yet. Service was about a 7. I was told I would get a call the following Monday to make a appointment and I didn’t get that appointment until I called in the next late afternoon as I was waiting for the call I was suppose to get the previous day
