I just had a water softener installed over a week ago. My main reason for completing this survey is to acknowledge the technician, Fernando C., who came to fix the leak that was discovered right after installation. The technician who installed the tank instructed us to monitor it and call if the leak persists. I called the Santa Clara store, and an arrangement was made immediately for a technician to visit the same day. Although I was away that day, my husband commented on how Fernando was very professional and thorough all through the process, so we wanted to ensure that he received the credit he deserved. Thank you!
