I just have tomake a phone request for service for my clear water tank filter replacement. The tank exchange is done every 28 days and is noted on my payment invoice. A few days before my tank exchange delivery I receive a telephone a reminder call.
Miguel and Fernando were very courteous installers. They always used shoe covers in the house, they asked questions to make sure everything was installed how I wanted it to be installed, offering suggestions about what would work best when appropriate. They were friendly and approachable, I felt comfortable asking them for advice on using the RO (filling a kegerator) and they had good advice (I know what my weekend project will be). After installation, they were very thorough in their explanations of how the products they installed operate, how to shut them off if something goes wrong and what to expect throughout the lifetime of the products. They stayed late, but didn't act like they were in a hurry to go home. It was a good experience.
Rob, Miguel Romo and Fernando Cavarrubias are all awesome! Robb is our sales person. He explained and give a pretty good demonstration and check the quality of our water. Miguel help us with installation of water softener system and RO water drinking. He is professional, very organize and always keep the area clean. Fernando helps with setting the app and explain more briefly the water softener system and our new RO water. They all work super organize
