Today, Sean came and checked out the problem with my water softerner and was very informative in explaining what he was going to do and why. He quickly came back to let me know he made an adjustment and all was fixed and ready to go. He is a very friendly and helpful tech. I enjoyed speaking with him. He treated me with respect. It would be great if he was my service tech every month. I was not happy with the lack of service in the past 2 months and now I feel better about Culligan again thanks to Sean.
