We had service with fernando to change our filters and look at our water softener. He was a little late on his window time but he explained that he had an emergency service call he was attending to. Let me tell you the wait was worth it!. His attention to detail and patience to explain everything about our system to my husband was the best service i have ever recieved from any company. Thank you!
