Bear did a great job with installation, very conscientious and careful work. He went out of his way to address some unexpected piping conditions under the house, and resolved everything efficiently. He also cheerfully answered my many questions, and left everything as clean and tidy as he found it. Friendly guy, good work.

We had two men come to check our Culligan O/S water system this morning. We were having cloudy water for about one month in a new system. The past two days the water turned out nice and clear and tasted good. We want to thank, Robb Schlick and Sean Siddons for helping us have great water again.. Gary and Michele Popkin

I have been a customer of the servi soft product and Pete since 1987!!! Culligan took over the business, however, I have not one complaint. Pete is the key to the success of the service here in Gilroy. Keeping your customers satisfied and happy. A most genuine , efficient, professional employee. That is hard to find today.

My tank delivery man, Steven, is very good. Not only is he consistent, but he is also very thorough at his job. He spotted the need to change the washers before he completed the job. Steven replaced them and solved the problem before it began. Great serviceman,

The Culligan expert arrived on time and demonstrated full expertise in diagnosing and resolving the issue quickly. He clearly explained the process fully, updated the firmware, and tried two methods to restore the Culligan app connectivity. The entire service was completed in under 30 minutes. Overall, an outstanding service experience!

Both Robb Schlick, who was my sales rep, and Miguel Romo, who was my service technician , gave me excellent service. There was something wrong with the circuit board in you water tower unit and Miguel was veg thorough about checking every component before narrowing it down to a problem with the circuit board in your water tower that was placed under my kitchen sink. He came back very promptly the next day with a new water tower. Miguel installed the new unit and my drinking faucet no longer gets the red blinking WiFi signal. The WiFi worked fine, it was the circuit board in the unit itself that needed replacing. So both Robb and Miguel did an outstanding job!
