Cleaning is much easier with soft water use As for the service I receive Larry has been my delivery person for some time. He always provides outstanding service making sure everything is working as it should. He’s dependable, on time,through, leaves no mess,is personable and friendly. I appreciate having soft water in a county that has crappy water to begin with. During the period of time where our system was functioning properly, we loved the feel and lack of hard water spotting When our system was down, it was evident that we had a problem. We felt it on our skin and also saw a lot of spotting. We are glad Sean was able to identify the root issue and replace the necessary components in order to resolve our issue and get us back up and running.

Sean Siddons was receiving who came over to complete the annual maintenance of the Softener and filtration systems that I rent. Sean did a professional job of completing the maintenance and explained the current status with regard to the water hardness. He plans on following up after two weeks to decide on the next course of action. Overall, very satisfied with the detail attention provided. Sean also refilled the salt before checking the hardness. Sean is a customer conscious professional who is polite and explains things patiently and does a great job. Looking forward to his follow up visit to check out the functioning of the system.
