Highly professional and transparent install process. Bear was friendly, efficient and clearly very knowledgeable on Culligan products. He treated our home with care and took the time to explain the process of installation carefully. Kwame was also great, and we learned a lot from his walkthrough tests of our water.

I especially like the Culligan RO system with Total Defense and Mineral Boost—the water tastes excellent. The installation of both the water softener and the RO system was quick and seamless. There was a small hiccup during a salt delivery, but it was resolved immediately once I reported it. Monica was quick to respond to my concern and made sure everything was handled in a timely manner. Overall, I’m satisfied with the products and the service.

I had an old system that was not an operation for many years. Sean was very knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process immensely helpful. Help me understand the risks and the cost benefit of the system. He was helpful and helped me understand what options are available from rental of new systems to updating and refreshing the current one as well as what to look out for in terms of service. His work was thorough, professional, and orderly, would recommend.
