Every time I call to check on my billing status or other questions, the clerk I speak to is so kind & patient. Also, I am always able to speak to a live person right away every time, unlike most places where u have to jump through hoops forever and often can never get a live person. Culligan has the Best customer service!

I want to take a moment to mention two outstanding employees. First off is William Halley. He spent a great deal of time testing my water and going over the various options that I could pursue. There was never any pressure from him for me to put in the most expensive system and he taught me a great deal about my water and filter systems. A great employee! The second person was my installer...Michael Lara. I believe the Dealership number was 73002. He arrived right on time and was wonderful. His workmanship was a thing of beauty and he took his time explaining what he was doing and why. He was so respectful and kind and he left the install space around the tank in spotless condition. Because of the above employees I would give Culligan a top rating.
