I like the taste of the water and the button I don’t like the customer service, however this time went well. I have been a customer for years and have had so many problems I finally called corporate. Corporate called the owner and he still didn’t bother call an help me get service. I am a very easygoing person. I’m not being overly critical. For my last service I begged Tampa to service my equipment and they explained why they couldn’t and I understood. They then contacted your location and still no service or return calls. They sent someone from Tampa to help you all get in order. I got service contract and asked specifically if someone would contact me but no one did. I recently received an email and said what the heck. I’m tired of buying bottles water. Appointment was easily set, the tech was nice and prompt. This is the best experience I have had with Culligan except he informed me I’m not in a service contract which makes me angry. I hope your service continues to be this good. [NAME REMOVED]

The customer service is good, always helpful and I appreciate that I am speaking with a real person on the phone when I've called with a question or concern. The water tastes good, bottles sturdy and clean. All of the employees that deliver the water have been helpful, friendly and considerate.
