I've been requesting information on my RO system. I believe it needs filters and I was told that the office would bring filters on my next salt drop off. That's been been over 3 months ago.
A while ago i was searching for another company due to no and late deliveries and bad customer service , but now you have fixed what was wrong and what ever you did is working . Thanks
Your service tech, Adam, is one of the most professional and knowledgeable people I know. He has come to help us many times, including evenings and weekends, and has always managed to fix the problem.

Service person very polite, I explained my issue with my water being orange and time being off on the unit. He got it corrected and said it seems okay now.
