Young gentleman came when he said he would be called ahead of time. Just let me know that he will be here in 10 minutes. You wrote the bags and he filled the water softener salt and took the bags with him. It was very curious and pleasant to deal with.

Your products are of high quality. I really am impressed with your water softener, which regenerates when it needs to not based on time duration, saving me a significant amount of salt. Your equipment is pricey, but efficient. The service person was excellent, very knowledgeable.

Still not sure why the water in my bathroom faucets and toilet were black. I will keep an eye on this in case it happens again. All seems to be fine now with that now. I will also keep checking on the salt level as that has not changed since putting in the new system in September.

We love your staff! They are so skilled and helpful. We absolutely love our softening system and our RO system. The thing we despise is the awful phone system you have. It takes forever to have someone pick up, and the taunting “You know what’s great?” on the hold messaging system is really annoying. You can do better people!!
