Culligan installed my water purifier and water softener systems more than 30 years ago. On December 22, Brian and Mason arrived promptly at my house in Niskayuna to install a new updated ROS water filtration system. They did so with proficiency, efficiency and great care and such a pleasant attitude. They took their time to make sure the installation of the new equipment and faucets were perfectly done, then patiently tested the system to assure everything worked as expected. They were neat, courteous and respectful, answered my questions knowledgeably. They do deserve recognition for being assets to Culligan!

Young gentleman came when he said he would be called ahead of time. Just let me know that he will be here in 10 minutes. You wrote the bags and he filled the water softener salt and took the bags with him. It was very curious and pleasant to deal with.
