Other staff making home service calls have also been helpful and answer all our questions.
My service technician Danny Quiceno was nothing short of stupendous. I attempted to troubleshoot the issue to no avail and within minutes of arriving Danny had nailed down the problem. As he went about the fix he not only explained what he was doing and why but took the time to listen to me and answer questions. Then he even went on to educate me as to how I could avoid the same issue going forward. He did this all with a smile and such an amazing positive attitude. He clearly cares about the customer and exemplifies what service should be. I hope his contributions to Culligan don’t go unnoticed.
Customer service is always great when I call. Friendly and helpful. Have a issues with the customer online portal and a a issue when they were updating their system and it reset all the auto deliveries there have been no issues. Even that they made right by offering a free bottle with my following delivery. I always recommend to my friends and family to start getting Culligan. Speaking of which I need to go fill up my Water bottle so keep up the good work and keep it coming !!!
