I appreciate their commitment to customer service. So many companies it feels these days , have lost what it means to pride themselves on integrity and customer service. In the dealings I have had with Culligan, everyone has been so nice and when I’ve had a question on a bill for example, it was explained to me thoroughly and respectfully. And when I completed the survey wrong , they were on top of finding out what happened to rectify the issue. I appreciate that and their commitment to their customers. Thank you!
The quality of my water softening system is better than anything else I've seen. It's been performing flawlessly for decades. The gentlemen who have come for yearly service calls have been the epitome of courteousness and professionality. They all have exhibited a product/service knowledge that instills confidence. I am extraordinarily appreciative of this in that the proper functionality of my condensing furnace depends on a continual source of proprely conditioned water.
I had an issue with my water softener. Called the office . Person who talked to me was very helpful. Showed me how to turn off the softener until service. Also arranged an appointment to fix the problem.
Our biggest issues is we do not get a time frame for delivery of our salt. If we are not home when it is delivered we would have to carry the bags into the house and down stairs, We are seniors and the bags are very, very heavy.
