I had an issue with my water softener. Called the office . Person who talked to me was very helpful. Showed me how to turn off the softener until service. Also arranged an appointment to fix the problem.
Our biggest issues is we do not get a time frame for delivery of our salt. If we are not home when it is delivered we would have to carry the bags into the house and down stairs, We are seniors and the bags are very, very heavy.
My husband and I have a reverse osmosis system. We've had it since we moved into this home 16 years ago. We have our systems generally serviced by Culligan. On this recent visit, the technician was able to pinpoint a slow leak in our system. We are now awaiting a replacement part to repair the system. We appreciate the extra attention to detail. Thank you.
The water in the house now tastes great and no longer "yellows" all of the sinks/toilets. Salt deliveries and billing are, also, consistent and as expected.
