My water was non-existent in part due to the cold weather. The technician was able to come out the day I called and found the problem. Unfortunately, the de-chlorinator tank quit working will needs to be replaced, but I do have water again.
The quality has been great, and all of our initial issues were resolved quickly. However, I live in an area that may require the driver, on regular chlorine deliveries, to walk down our driveway and on 3 recent occasions, the drivers have refused to make the delivery and left without calling me to let me know they were there. I would have carried the chlorine down the driveway myself, if they wouldn't do it. So instead, I had to buy chlorine from our local hardware store. This last time, the driver was great, called me to verify where to go and made the delivery without question.
Service technician was friendly and thorough. Issue wasn't with the system and he provided information on the general plumbing issue creating the leak we thought was from the water softener.
Justine was super helpful with getting a delivery taken care of with a special delivery request and she got it taken care of with the driver! A+ service from everyone!
I absolutely love our Culligan water system. We've added a lot of things to our house over the years but hands down our Culligan system is one of the best.

We discussed why I think my tanks / well went dry.
Unfortunately no clear or decisive answer as to why . Just possibilities.
