Although we’ve had several issues with our water softening system, a young man from the Troy New York office have serviced us repeatedly. His name is Harry and he is exceptional at what he does. He is knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions and whenever possible, solve the problem quickly and easily. I can’t say enough good things about this young man. Because of the issues we have had on several occasions we were more than willing to just forget about Culligan Water softeners, but Harry has single-handedly convinced us that everything is fixable. He is a true benefit to your company!

The salt delivery guys were there mid-morning (rather than an all-day wait for them). They were pleasant and courteous, even when they needed to return to the truck for more bags of salt.
