Our biggest issues is we do not get a time frame for delivery of our salt. If we are not home when it is delivered we would have to carry the bags into the house and down stairs, We are seniors and the bags are very, very heavy.

My husband and I have a reverse osmosis system. We've had it since we moved into this home 16 years ago. We have our systems generally serviced by Culligan. On this recent visit, the technician was able to pinpoint a slow leak in our system. We are now awaiting a replacement part to repair the system. We appreciate the extra attention to detail.
