Love the customer service. And the system has been a game changer no more orange hair. And my clothes don't look dirty after washing them it takes out the Iron. Only thing I wish that it would be nice to be able to get the replacement filters easier. Other then that great company.
i received a call from culligan about a recent service. there was no date included in the voicemail. my gate was closed and the salt (4 bags) was left at my gate. 50lb bags are not easy to carry down my driveway.
Service is just fine. The update for the account portal works well for us. I had sent in an email to customer service and never got a response so I had to call to get my question in. It was addressed and handled. It was about our scheduled deliveries. I wish I could make requests or changes to my frequency of deliveries in the account portal.
Mike Luderitz, an employee of bellingham culligan, came to my home to service my water system, mike is our regular technician, and both my husband and i have been impressed with his work. He has been capable, quick, gracious, and able to answer all of mine and my husbands questions. Yesterday, i became dizzy while speaking with him, he was attentive and stood next to me until the episode was over without being intrusive. He served beyond the call of duty, thank you Mike.
