Michael Nesheim has been handling the Nordstrom account with me for approximately 38 years and has ensured proper sizing and type of water softening systems for dozens of stores all over the US and Canada. I have the utmost confidence in Michael’s recommendations and appreciate his Gold Standard customer service! I often refer other engineers in my firm to Michael for any water softening/ water treatment questions. If I could give Michael an ‘11’ rating on a scale of 1 - 10, I would!
Michael Nesheim has been a pleasure to work with since the early 1990's. He is knowledgeable about water treatment systems and has always provided outstanding recommendations to solve our water treatment requirements.

Michael has been very responsive from the very beginning of the project. He provided great specifics in sizing well house and setting up the electrical, ventilation and plumbing in the well house the Culligan system was to be installed in. There have been a few emergency calls, booster pump lost its prime, Enpress One filter cartridge crisis, chlorine mixing fiasco, and he always takes the time to put me at ease and walk through the situation to a solution, regardless of the number of follow up phone calls on my part.
I have had the pleasure of knowing Mike Nesheim for many years, and I can genuinely say he is one of the most honorable individuals I know. I've had great one on one service from Michael Nesheim over 5 years running now. Truly a man who cares about people and serving.

Over the past 5 years several managers have come and gone and Sherri has stood out to me because of the number of times she has directly interacted with me to get the job completed.
The main reason I didn't give a 10 is two-fold: 1) this branch is clearly overworked/undermanned and it has resulted in difficulties getting work done (but they are great when they get to you), and 2) pricing.
While there has been some very frustrating delays over the years, I try not to hold the first against the current employees because I am sympathetic to the current employment climate and the individuals I've directly named/worked with are individually great. The second has me hesitating about continued business with Colligan.
There is not enough space to write what I think of Michael Nesheim and the team of individuals that work in this branch. There has never been a time when I’ve called Michael because something has happened with our system, that he hasn’t made it a priority to get things fixed for me. The individuals he sends my way to get the system up and running, are the best there is. Michael’s leadership, professionalism, honesty, and his wonderful personality, are all assets to Culligan. I don’t know what I would have done last year, if it wasn’t for him. We had an issue with the system that Culligan installed and Michael didn’t stop until everything was fixed and running smoothly. When I met Michael, we were looking for a water softener system that would help with the well water we have. Because of his knowledge, his experience and the way he spoke to me, I knew I would only work with him and Culligan. No matter when I call, or what I call for, he takes responsibility to make sure I get help immediately. I deal with a number of organizations, but Michael, and Culligan, are the best that’s out there. You don’t find organizations that care about customer service any more. Michael, and Culligan, absolutely do care. Not only is he a true professional, he’s got the greatest sense of humor! It’s really comforting knowing that no matter what happens to the softener system, I can call Michael, and know it will be taken care of. He’s one of the best!
Aside from the function and serviceability of the Culligan product line, which is a given, Michael provides personal attention to detail that is rare in any industry. I personally as well as our company, have highly valued his participation in our construction and operations projects.
Starting with plan, takeoffs for fixture counts and service needs, through installation and operations start up, there’s never any concern that it will be done correctly, and there will be the needed follow through.
He’s a man of high character and I count him a valued friend.

Culligan products are pretty straight forward. They provide water stations around our factory for our employees and we have deliveries every two weeks. The service part is what I like most because the Culligan team is so responsive. I work with Sherri Hill for anything we need outside of our normal deliveries and she helps get things lined up for us right away.
