The Culligan products seem to be doing the job keeping our water in the proper condition. Our system was installed just over 6 years ago. Our usual service man (Ibelieve his name is Jim) is always very friendly and knowledgeable and always double checks to make everything is working properly before he leaves.

Clean appliances! Although calcium did not make our water taste bad, it was horrible on fixtures and dishwasher and clothes washer. The installer and the service person who fills our salt bin are very nice and do a great job. It’s such a difference in our lives to have soft water!

Reliable and effective. We recently requested service on a water softener. Jim was awesome. Showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced worn parts, filled the salt reservoir, checked everything twice, cleaned up, and left.

Can pick up the di tanks when needed and not wait for ups or retailer to slowly get around to shipping it. And di tanks are bigger too. Working with Michael Nesheim is always wonderful as he’s very knowledgeable and helpful and gets us what we need quickly.

The products are solid and they work well! I am very pleased with the quality of water we have now - it's superior to the water we were drinking and using prior to installing the Culligan products. Michael is extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained everything about how the products work, why they're beneficial, and how to maintain them. Previously, I thought water systems were a sham, but now I understand them and can see and taste the difference. Additionally, Michael is friendly, easy to work with, extremely responsive, and communicates clearly. Thank you!
