We had a great experience with Culligan from start to finish. Everyone we interacted with was helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we could make an informed purchase decision.
Post-purchase support has been equally strong. We’ve only needed assistance a few times, but each time the response was quick, same day or next day. The team resolved issues like minor blockages efficiently and also explained the root causes and how to prevent them going forward.
The system itself has been working perfectly with no ongoing issues. Overall, very satisfied with both the product and the service. Highly recommended.
I am happy with the product but the service could use improvement. I was scheduled for a salt delivery between 10 and 12. At 11 I called to see if the delivery would be on time. The dispatcher checked with the delivery person and discovered that they were out of salt and had to go to another city to get the salt. I should have been contacted by dispatch about the delay - the customer shouldn't have to make a call.
That particular day I had an appt. so asked that the delivery be made later. To my surprise the delivery person ( different from the original person scheduled) arrived minutes before we were to leave. He had been called to come since he was in the area and had salt. No call to us was made to let us know he was coming. We may have missed him. I don't know what would have happened if we hadn't been home.
The point of this story is that communication needs to be improved between the company and it's customers. I'm sure I'm not the first person this has happened to.
I have been a Culligan customer for the better part of 13 years, if not longer. While issues with them have been few are fair between, if there has been a problem, such as needing a new cooler or delivery problem, it takes only one phone call and the issue is resolved. And I have to admit I have not had to call in quite some time but when I did, I got a real person. No annoying phone tree, no AI, no call center in some foreign country. Nope. Real people in my area. That is nice. So in a word or two, what I like is customer service, good old fashioned customer service with real people solving an issue.
Good fresh water, and I receive excellent service. Please look up who my delivery guy is and give him Kudos!! He deserves a raise!!!
