I live close to my Culligan dealer so I stop by for order hence my experiences might be a little different than others but with that said the personal care I get when I go for my pick up is outstanding. Sherri, the area manager, always helps me carry in both the empties as well as the full bottles. She is always pleasant and takes time to ask how I am. I have been a customer for well over 10 years now and I have never felt mistreated or not important. The water is fine and actually, the water is so much better than what comesf rom my tap that my dogs will only drink the Culligan water! Highly recommended!

Culligan softened and filtered water is a necessity in our area. Crystal clear, tasteless and odorless water from every faucet in our home is simply wonderful. Timely, worry-free deliveries of salt for our system is great. And the Culligan app on my phone tells us how much water we use every day, every week, and every month. Our home insurance company even gave us a premium discount because the app lets us know if we have a water leak! We so appreciate the Culligan services and system in our home. Thank you.

I shared several phone calls and emails with Michael Nesheim, and he was extremely helpful and impeccably honest. Even though we ended up going with a different system than the one initially recommended, he confirmed it would do what was needed and was an excellent value for the cost. He also confirmed that Culligan would be happy to provide any future service needed. I would strongly recommend Culligan to anyone looking for water treatment solutions and we will be reaching out for any future needs and upgrades in the future.
