The products we purchased actually work better than the salesman represented and for nearly 25% less than we expected to pay. We're very happy with our decision and wish we had done this sooner. Both the sales rep and the installer were very polite and professional. Having worked in outside sales myself for many years, I was pleasantly surprised the sales rep did not resort to the usual high pressure sales tactics and "leading questions" so many fall back on. He simply explained the products and services, how they worked, and what we could reasonably expect. That was VERY refreshing!
