We have had a great experience with Culligan, we had some invoicing issues and were quick to work with me and resolve the issue and patient while we corrected billing on our end. Also, Irrvin Analco has been wonderful to work with. He is quick with his deliveries, and is always putting things away neatly. He is always professional when he comes in and checks if we need anything while he is here. One time we ran out of cups and I reached out and he made a quick stop to us during his busy day to get some to us. Irvin is great, give that man a raise!

I’ve been using Culligan Water Delivery for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product quality and the customer service. The water is always fresh, clean, and tastes noticeably better than anything I’ve had from the store. I love how convenient it is to have it delivered right to my door on a regular schedule. The delivery team is always on time, professional, and super friendly. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed to adjust my order, customer support was quick and easy to work with. It’s a service I can rely on, and it makes staying hydrated effortless. What really sets Culligan apart is the people behind the service. The service from Culligan-Spokane Washington store, exclusively Matt for water softeners, has been good. Matt pays attentions to customer needs, and expectations. As for the Culligan product for water softeners...that has been challenging. We have very hard water in our city (18-22 grains of hardness) which may play a part in equipment failure-point being, we have 6 softeners across the property. Three which are Culligan, and three which are another brand. In the past several years the Culligan equipment has needed many repairs on all three units, and the other brand has required ZERO repairs! The other brand has been in operation longer than the Culligan equipment. The cost of Culligan repair parts is out of control! The cost of a repair becomes VERY expensive every time a technician needs to come to our property, between the travel time, cost of parts, and possible return trip because parts need to be ordered. I would have a hard time referring someone to Culligan water softener products.
