The service from Culligan-Spokane Washington store, exclusively Matt for water softeners, has been good. Matt pays attentions to customer needs, and expectations. As for the Culligan product for water softeners...that has been challenging. We have very hard water in our city (18-22 grains of hardness) which may play a part in equipment failure-point being, we have 6 softeners across the property. Three which are Culligan, and three which are another brand. In the past several years the Culligan equipment has needed many repairs on all three units, and the other brand has required ZERO repairs! The other brand has been in operation longer than the Culligan equipment. The cost of Culligan repair parts is out of control! The cost of a repair becomes VERY expensive every time a technician needs to come to our property, between the travel time, cost of parts, and possible return trip because parts need to be ordered. I would have a hard time referring someone to Culligan water softener products.

Today, your technician Brett serviced our system. He kindly ordered a replacement faucet in white, which was not available here in Spokane…I am very grateful, as my kitchen sink is white. He was very respectful of our home, explained things as he worked, and was very pleasant!

We have had soft water for years. Needed new tank. It looks good and will use less salt. Also, added RO water filter- looking forward to good drinking wayer.

Matt Machotka, was awesome! He understood what needed to be done and took care of all our issues. He has been here before and knew his way around. He listened to our issues and had solutions and is working on taking care of possibly being our contact for our water/pump house testing. We appreciate not having to worry about this. Delivery people are usually very nice. Have had billing issues in the past, especially when you had a software change. Customer service when you have to call for an issue isn't always the best experience. Didn't know we had a rep until he stopped by with the survey request.
