⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding customer service! Curtis and Tim are fantastic. We are out of town quite often, and I occasionally forget to leave our empty water jugs out for pickup. Curtis is always quick to respond to a text, and Tim often gives me a call to make sure we have what we need. They go out of their way to make sure we never run out of water, even when I’ve dropped the ball. It’s rare to find people who are this dependable, friendly, and committed to their customers. We live on a tricky mountain road, and I haven’t ever had an issue. I always get a call from the delivery driver to ask how many bottles I need, or if we need to work out a different delivery spot of our road is tricky in the winter. He is always so nice and willing to work with me.

I like having fresh water delivered to my door. I don't like our water--it tastes funny and leaves calcium build up on the faucet and in your glass. This water is so fresh, clear and has no after taste. The driver's are all friendly, helpful and nice.

Our experience with Culligan Spokane has been exceptional, thanks in large part to Jenny McElory! She is incredibly responsive, friendly, and always willing to help solve all issues. No matter what challenge comes up, Jenny takes the time to find a solution and makes us feel like a valued customer.
