I always appreciate how efficient the service is whenever something arises. From coming in and swapping empty bottles for new ones, calling about scheduling, pricing etc. every interaction that I have had has been positive, helpful and easy. My most recent interaction with Dawn only solidified that more as she listened to my questions, understood them and went to find the answers. This just goes to show that they have the right people in the right places to serve their customers.

Your product has made our life easier with the pure water. And for the last 2 years our service rep has been Brett. We can’t say enough about the quality of his work. He is so very knowledgeable.
