Softer water to bathe in and water purification at my kitchen tap. My installation by Brett and Brandon 3/30/26 at my home was world-class! Very courteous and professional in spite of several glitches caused by poor sales . The installer here made best of a bad situation. Deserves a raise in pay and a shout out to Brett and to Brandon in Spokane!

Customer service is always helpful and courteous if they can get the billing department call line fixed it would help. The call wait time is ridiculous, but I spoke to the spokane office and was told about the website which I was happy to find out that i could pay, update my information if needed and see the delivery days without having to call

Kudos and thanks to the driver/agent who delivered salt yesterday (Friday). He carried 8 bags of salt from truck to our lower level and topped off our soft water system. I could not help him, as my broken back did not allow me to lift heavy things. He did it all with a smile, and his service was much appreciated.

The delivery person, Tim Allen, went above and beyond. There was a large workman's truck blocking our driveway and time had to wheel our bags of salt up the steepest part and then fill our hopper. And all with a smile on his face. Thank you.

I put in a request for information about hot/cold water dispensers and water delivery to our home. Dawn Hollingsworth contacted me today and was able to give me the information I wanted and set us up for a delivery on April 9th. I was very pleased with Dawn’s professional, and friendly attitude. It was nice not to deal with a pushy person. Dawn made sure to set it up exactly like I wanted. Appreciate Dawn Hollingsworth’s great customer service 😊 and would recommend her and Culligan to others!!
