Dawn Hollingsworth is the person that I get help from a lot. She is always very helpful and makes the call go good and then fast to fix whatever my problem is.
Well trying to decide if bottled water service was the best route for our family, I experienced the best customer service that I have ever received in years! I had the pleasure of speaking with Dawn Hollingsworth! Her knowledge regarding Culligan services... her expertise and answering all my questions ....made me decide I will be calling and going this route soon. At first I thought I was speaking to a manager but just to Simply find out she was a customer service rep, floored me!!!

Brett is by far the best technician we have worked with in this regard. He was honest, extremely knowledgeable and able to shareinformation, eager to teach us what our water softener consisted of and needed. He diagnosed the problem promptly and was able to fix the problems immediately. He is an extremely valuable technician.

We were scheduled for salt delivery, however we didn’t realize it until the evening before. I was able to call your office to check on the delivery. Dawn was able to contact the delivery driver to let them know we needed salt but were not able to be there. The driver was able to leave the salt so we had it when we returned home later that day.
