Dawn Holligsworth went above and beyond. Been a loyal customer to crystal springs for a decade. With their merge with primo there was no stop problems with billing delivery bottle pick up missing items ...everything you can image in the last 3 mos straight. I had IT! I called frustrated with them and she was funny and understanding changing my whole mood by the end of the call. Water is being delivered very quick and I'm looking forward to this new business relationship. If all your employees are like her... you'll have a life long customer here!
We had a service call today. The technician, Charlie, was very kind and thorough. He checked our system out to make sure that it was functioning properly and installed a new filter. He answered all my questions, and even told me on each step what he was doing. We have had our system for about four years now, and are very happy with it!
