I like the text saying your coming. I like that I have the option to skip a delivery or change the date, if we're not going to be home. We've been using Culligan softener for 20+ years. We have been using the home delivery for almost 5. I find that we use less shampoo, laundry and dish soap with the soft water.

Thank you for having real people answering your phone. I love my new water softener and RO system. No regrets ditching my Kinetico. Aquarius AI services are terrible, wasted 2 weeks trying to contact a real person to speak with. I needed help fast, and Culligan was very helpful from the first phone call with excellent customer service. St. Peter Garlicks used to be my go to, but I’m glad to be done with Kinetico, because I’ve been missing out. Thanks Culligen!
