I also like that fee is taken automatically out of my checking account. I don’t have to worry about that because it is taken care of.

Sometimes making appointments through the Jacksonville office is not easy. It just depends on who you get. I forget the guys name that finally was able to help me schedule an appointment
You need to add an option for service to your website instead of having to call

I'm a member of the Privileged Program where they deliver my salt and maintain my equipment. The only problem I've recently had is with billing. I've had to prove that my automated payments from bill pay were actually sent to the company. I'm currently waiting on a reply and was also told there was a rate increase. I DID NOT receive an email about the rate increase, but I do understand that everything is going up in price.
I just had a gentleman come to my house, his name was john and he was extremely informative. Friendly, very helpful. One to make sure that we didn't have any concerns. I can't say enough without his good service. Personality. Just very helpful. Wanted to help in any way that he could and I'm very, very pleased with his survey. I'm usually not home and I hadn't had a chance to speak with him before, but I just want to know very, very please you've got a good employee there. Take care of me. Thank you.
The product is good and was easily repaired. The service mgr. and tech. that came to my house were very professional and knowledgeable. I felt I received great customer service from them.
The only thing that was less than Ideal is that I was not given a time slot for service ahead of time. I wanted to make an appt ahead of time so I could make other plans/appts around it. That was not possible. Also, no one called me on the morning of my service so at 8:30 I had to call and find out the time range that the service tech would be there.
It would be much better for the customers if the service schedule was determined ahead of time so other appts/plans could be made around them.
