Great product, wonderful service. They do have issues with their billing department which can be frustrating, but they do try to help. The technicians are always on time, courteous and knowledgeable.

We are very pleased with Culligan. All divisions are wonderful and very gracious when calling. I have an older system and I believe Mike is the supervisor of taking care of the equipment, he is so helpful and doesn't mind questions that are redundant!!!! The changes that come with this tech world aren't easy for me, so I call to pay my bills and everyone so kind on the phone if I have any questions about anything.!

Our original water softener lasted 22 years and really was [LAST NAME REMOVED] working quite well. We decided to replace it before it was an emergency. Nicholas Flores came out the very next day after we called for a quote. He tested our water and explained our options thoroughly. He was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Two days later Tanner came and installed our new softener. It took him less than an hour. He was punctual and efficient. The new softener is working very well and we are awaiting Nicholas to return this week to check our water again. Also we used Culligan’s salt delivery service for 22years with the old softener and they were easy to work with and very reliable. I highly recommend Culligan.
