The Culligan technician was polite, professional and on time. Not only was he efficient in exchanging filters and checking our Culligan system and water, but he better explained replacement time frames and operational questions which I had. He was well-spoken and presented himself well--dress, attitude, etc. A good experience.

I have been doing business and trusting Culligan for at least 40 years because I know that the products are the best, service is the best if help is needed or even asking a question. There is no company better than Culligan in my opinion.

And the technician, tyler was still fairly, very helpful in explaining what he was doing, what the items were intended for. That he replaced the testing of all the water and the equipment and hit the he answered, my questions was articulate and very helpful.

The water is amazing. The people who have been here to deliver water are super friendly. The only problem I have had is they always seem to cancel the 1st delivery date and reschedule for a couple days later. It usually works out fine. The only thing I don’t like is the day of delivery you are stuck at home waiting for delivery. They won’t give you a time frame and if your not home it won’t be delivered.
