I don't have to carry heavy bags of salt downstairs anymore. Friendly employees. Easy bill payments. Good water after sediment filter was installed. Problem: Someone wrote on our info sheet that it was okay to leave salt on the porch! It was not ok! Solution: I called the delivery person and he came back and carried the salt downstairs and filled my softener. Problem: No order for replacing the sediment filter. Solution: Our delivery person said he would have a service order written to replace the filter!
