Mark gave me heads up @ 8:30 am that he will be coming @9am on Fri Aug 5/25. I appreciated his promptness so that I can attend to my commitment . His helper was quiet and at first was just observing. But Mark engaged him by explaining what he was doing and why. I felt confident in Mark's work and know-how as a result. Approximately noonish I heard a gurgling noise coming from the holding tank. Was concerned there was a leak?! Noise lasted approx 7-8 min. but then subsided. Mark polite and considerate and deserves the top rating! Culligan was way overdue for service !! Why? Even a rating of 5 would be too high. My monthly PAD arrangement pays you regularly for service. Please book Next Preventive.Maintenance Appointment now. I am a cancer patient and need clean water!
