Ashley has to be the most professional and friendly customer service representative.i have had the experience dealing with. When I went in, she was dealing with a customer that was elderly. The attention that she gave him and the time she gave him was incredible. She has always been so friendly when I come in and so knowledgeable in speaking about the products. I was so proud and I must say impressed. By the way she dealt with a customer that so obviously needed her help. She didn’t rush him, and she spent the time with him and answered many questions. I just love standing back and watching her at work. Congratulations on hiring her. She is a GEM.

I rent a water cooler so we attend to the store to purchase more water. I also love the selection of coffees. The coffee is always in stock. Ashley is always friendly and knowledgeable about their services and products. They even carry the water for me when I attend to pick it up instead of my husband or son. P

I very much appreciated a prompt call from the manager of the Sudbury Culligan site after I expressed concern about a missed water delivery. She was very professional and scheduled a delivery for the next morning. I got my water in less than 24 hours. Thank you for your prompt response and solution to the issue!

Everything. Quick response to service. Delivery people are kind caring helpful. Seniors and they even put the bottles right inside the apt where we need them. Best service I ever had. And the water is lovely. Can't say enough about you all. I am severely allergic to tap water fumes fragrance ect can't live without this service thanks so much.
