Anytime I phone for assistance, someone answers promptly and always answers my questions. What I appreciate the most is the caring of the delivery man. He carries for big water bottles up three flights of stairs and is ALWAYS friendly. This is such a good company made up of Kind people. And the water is the BEST! I always bring bottles of my water when I travel because i can taste the difference in the water from, really, everywhere i go.
