I like the fact that whenever I phone and who answers they are always pleasant and always go the extra mile for me. Having someone answer the phone who are always pleasant to talk to. The lady I talked to went above and beyond the call of duty so to speak as I was out of water so she found a very nice driver who brought me my order that day. Unfortunately I never got on the computer to see an email that said I was not to get my water until the next day. I have requested that I receive my water in the morning as I have a handicap husband who is unable to help me. He rests in the morning so I can go and do my errands etc. while he sleeps. Otherwise I have to wait until the rush hour to get groceries, bank etc. Thank you so much for always trying to do your very best to help your customers [NAME REMOVED]
