We have been customers of Culligan for overly 40 years, and are very happy with the service. However times have changed and we now keep the gates to our yard locked, for security reasons.
A couple of times now, we missed our Culligan delivery due to "lock out".
The person used to ring the doorbell if the gate was locked, but that didn't happen the last couple of times.
I try to find out when the delivery is coming and remember to unlock the gate the night before or early that morning.
Suggestion:
I would love it if somehow Culligan could set up some sort of notification system via text, to notify us the day before, when the person is coming to avoid this happening, and the person being "locked out".
With today's technology, I think that should be possible....????
