I just had my filters replaced it happens every year in April.
And it's always someone that is appointed to work on the weekend.
David was the person that came out to my home to replace the filters. He did a great job. At first I was getting and see cuz he didn't show up until little a little bit after 12:00 noon where originally my window was from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. . I was getting a little worried that he wasn't going to show up. As it became known he came in after 12:00 p.m. in the afternoon.
I have to confess that I left a irritating message to the Culligan water accounts department saying that he wasn't at my home. So I want to apologize for leaving a nasty rude message.
Except for all the paper just for your information it would be nice if I would have gotten a tax or a message saying that David will be at my home between 9:00 and 12:00 but he does have a heavy load so he may be a little late.
Or David who is the weekend person perhaps he should be instructed to call his clients if he's running late. That will help immensely to the customer so that way the customer does not leave a nasty message on the phone to call again.
A message before coming is it always a good idea as you won the weekend to run smoothly. Thank you for hearing me out and giving me the privilege to say what I needed to say.
I have always had positive results with your products.
However this time with scheduling service was a little disappointing due to twice being cancelled because of service personnel emergencies on same day hours before service I got a little concerned. However, third time, speaking with veteran service person all went very well.

Every time I need my service hooked up it's like tailored to me specifically with my needs met quickly and easily.
I will always use Culligan for my soft water and RO drinking water. Good for my water lines to new refrigerator/washer and the fish tank, too! The whole house is happy!
The filter system makes our water taste great. It always easy to make an appointment. The customer service people are great and Casper, the technician, always does a great job for our yearly service.
The gentleman who came out and serviced our system was knowledgeable, efficient, and quickly resolved the problem; I am delighted with the service. He was also just a nice guy,
I really like the Culligan soft water most especially for bathing purposes. I cannot imagine using hard water again. I have been a long-time customer and very satisfied with the service too. Delivery is always as scheduled. Phone representatives are always helpful whenever I have a question or clarification about my bill.
I like the softness of the water and I like the drinking water. I also like the text message the day before of the exchange tank service. I also like that every yr Culligan comes out to put new filters in for the osmosis system which is included in the service no extra charge
The people that I talk with over the phone and one time in person were very friendly and helpful. As a customer that's probably just as important as the product it self 🙃
