Your service and products are great. Your website IS TERRIBLE. Can't access it, can't pay on line. I'm having to mail the payments and hope the Postal service gets it there. You need to do something about you website client portals. I couldn't get on my account because it said password was wrong, so I requested a change in password and it said it was sending a link to my email. Crickets.

Office called to remind us it was time for yearly inspection of our water system. We appreciate that so much. Tech was scheduled and he call to let us know when to expect him. He arrived on time. We have well water and depend on the water system we purchased to keep our water system functioning properly. Thank you Culligan for taking care of our needs. Staff very courteous and professional while delivering the services that make our life easier.

The salt was put in our system and we didn't even know it! They had to step over a lot of laundry, too. They did a great job!
