The system works as promised and I won't have to deal with buying salt everything months because someone from Culligan is supposed to bring it to me on a schedule, I believe.
Because of the technician, Jason Still, I remain a Culligan customer. My experience with Culligan franchises in Florida has been very up and down, especially in the service department. But, because of Jason's excellent attention to my needs and the functioning of my equipment (inside and out), I remain a happy Culligan customer.
Dakota does an excellent job with the salt deliveries. He consistently provides outstanding customer service, communicates clearly, and brings a great attitude that truly goes a long way.
