I was a little disappointed that my system was hooked up incorrectly and I had to call for service at about 5 weeks. All of the employees have been professional and friendly and efficient. The employees working the phones are also kind and helpful. The water softening system is great for what it does. I bought it mainly to keep the hard water deposits out of my stuff. It does what they claim. I do not drink the water because I like my fresh from the well hard water. Other than the initial hiccup, I have had no further issues.

I have a water softener system on my city water and love it! I’ve had some kind of a Culligan system in my houses since the late eighties! Love the soft water and the money saved on anything in my house where soap is used, the soft water just makes your soap products go a lot farther than without it. I would highly recommend to anyone who hasn’t tried it before, call them and have them come out and test your water and just see for yourself how good it works!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Culligan Smart HE Water Filtration System
We recently had a Culligan Smart HE water filtration and softening system installed in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Our city water was quite hard, with a noticeable amount of calcium that was leaving spots, mineral buildup, and residue throughout the house. The difference since having the system installed has been impressive.
The water feels noticeably softer, and we’re already seeing less of the hard-water residue on faucets, showers, glassware, and fixtures. It also gives us peace of mind knowing we’re reducing the mineral buildup that can contribute to wear and tear on water-using appliances and plumbing. Soft water also makes cleaning easier and means we don’t have to use as much soap, detergent, and cleaning products to get the same results.
One of the things I really like about the Smart HE system is the technology behind it. The system monitors water usage and can provide alerts for things like salt levels and system maintenance, making it much easier to manage than a traditional water softener. Culligan’s high-efficiency technology is also designed to use water and salt more efficiently.
I also want to recognize the people who made the installation experience so positive. Jason, the lead installer, did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable, professional, meticulous, and took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly and explained how the system works. Chris, the support guy, was equally helpful and made sure we had the assistance we needed throughout the process.
The combination of a great product and a great installation/support team makes a huge difference. If you’re dealing with hard city water, calcium buildup, spots, or the general hassles that come with hard water, I would definitely recommend looking into a Culligan system.
Great product. Great installation. Great support. And noticeably better water throughout our home. Highly recommended!

From the request for consultation via Culligan's website, which was a quick response, Mr. Sparks the salesman calling to schedule and meet with me. I had a list of questions to ask and he answered them all without me having to ask them. I can tell Mr. Sparks loves what he does and that is reflected the moment you meet him with his demeanor. He wasn't pushy, he explained the water test in layman's terms to me and made sure I understood completely. For the installation of my product, Mr. Smith has to be one of Culligan's best installers. When I had questions, he explained to me at each section what he was doing and never missed a beat with his work, and he had a smile on his face the entire time. Mr. Smith works with precision and if something didn't fit, he went into his container and he is super excited when he finds the perfect match or fit. It started raining and Mr. Smith continued to work, not that I asked him too, but he said he never leaves a job undone unless it is unsafe to work, like a lightning storm.
Overall, I am pleased with the service I received with Culligan. Ms. Christy in the office is an absolute pleasure to speak with if there are any questions after the installation. I also love how Culligans walks the customer through the process with its notifications and easy portal login process and the portals ease of navigation.
