As a customer being served by Culligan, I really appreciated the communication from the technician notifying me of arrival and departure. Also, the electronic receipts keeping me abreast of when payment is due/ Finally, I would recommend letting the customer know how much water treatment is being used to make sure the correct amount is being used and paid for.
Your services are great. Your employees are great. You used to have a user friendly payment site. Your site now is ridiculous. Whomever created this for you needs to go back to school. It is not user friendly. You ask for account no. I do not see an account no. on your bill only and invoice number. Next if you have the account no. you do not know what format it needs to be inserted in the blanks on the one time bill pay. I have been through both versions. Cannot get into you site to pay. Therefore I will not pay today. I will have to call your office. There are easier ways to pay than the one you have created. Culligan needs to review this for your customers. I used to get an email click pay very easy. Done in a couple of minutes.
Culligan offers high quality products for many of our offices. Their service is always on time And flexible if we need to make changes. The delivery team is always friendly and efficient. Culligan customer service is easy to reach and will sort out any billing questions quickly.
We just love, love, love our whole house water softener it’s truly amazing, our skin, hair, drinking water it’s all awesome. They refill of salt when they the service guys come out to refill they couldn’t be nicer and we like that they check the water in to see if they have soap going on.

Mike was very gracious to come right out the day we had no water and discovered it was indeed a Culligan problem. The person who came to fix the problem the next week was extremely nice and I appreciated him calling me to explain the repair he made to the system.
