I’m up to my neck in a remodel and my system isn’t fully installed quite yet. Thus far Steven and Jason have been beyond terrific. The softener is in and the filtration will be added once my cabinets and sink are set. I can’t wait to taste our new water!! The public water smells like bleach and is super hard.
So far so good with Culligan. Was worried when the very responsive local company was bought out. I expected, based on experience with other companies in other industries, for customer support to disappear. So far it has not and support for my water softener system has continued on time and without interruption. As long as this continues, I will let Culligan continue to support my system. If that support is interrupted, I will start maintaining my system myself.
