The reason I appreciate culligan is the service team member, Tim, that has serviced our whole house water system for several years now. He is very knowledgeable and patient while explaining everything he is doing to keep our water system running at its best. We would appreciate Culligan trying to keep the rising costs down as it has doubled in about the last 2 years and no longer send out maintenance coupons to help with the cost like they did in the past.
