Dave was our initial tester and booker of installation, and Stephen was the installer. Everything was a breeze. We had a pinhole leak in our basement due to hard water and decided to look into a softener. Both Dave and Stephen were very knowledgeable about the services and items that they were selling and both were very easy to talk to. A pleasure working with them both.

When I bought my Culligan water softener a few years ago I got what I know are great products and Ialso knew the service truck would come regularly as well when service needed. After years of trying to use an old product and drag bags home, down the stairs, etc. I’ve been free of worry. I also appreciate the incredible service as they come in, they never leave a mess and they are so polite and helpful. Today a young fellow named Lucas came again and brought in the salt for me (as a widow I really need that help!). He was so professional and efficient but most importantly he took the time to ask if I had issues and listened…. I would like to thank him for a great job as usual!

Keith is the BEST! He changed my broken faucet for my r/o quickly and efficiently and made sure the leak detector worked properly. He is truly the best! Give him a RAISE!!

Sales rep Tom Marvullo (WaterSource by Culligan) and installation tech Dennis were both helpful and cheerful. Tom helped me choose equipment that fits my current needs. Dennis arrived promptly on the appointed day for installation. He did an excellent job, and the equipment is working well.

With the exception of one substitute delivery man a few years ago, all of your delivery men have been hard-working and courteous. The person who has been the delivery man to us in recent years is Guillermo Ortega. He is a wonderful man and a fine representative of your company. He is courteous, patient (when he has to wait for us to open the door), answers our questions to the best of his knowledge, a welcome visitor, and always looks his best whether in the heat of summer or cold of winter. He is an excellent driver as he maneuvers the very big truck in reverse up our 675 foot, 3-curve driveway. He is super! Thank you.
