The, the boy is, is excellent. There is a nice ring in our bottles for us as a pleasant, and the deliveries usually read time. The date they give me a call a the day before which I liked the my bibles out. And I just like the way you do business.
I like the fact that the equipment that was installed was quality equipment. The personnel in service, sales, and installation, were prompt and professional. The installer, Tyshawn was prompt, courteous, professional and tidy. After installation, which was a swap-out of our outdated equipment from the now defunct Water Source, the installer removed the old equipment and explained the new equipment to us and answered all of our questions. We are pleased with this service from beginning to end.
A D M O, the gentleman who delivers a saw is very personal. When I have issues, I had the gentleman who comes here is also very, a very good and knowledgeable. Sometimes, however, not the technicians for the service is a little too slow. In other words, if I have a problem on Monday, sometimes I have to wait over a week to get services. That's not good. Other companies say they can provide a quicker service.
Well, my delivery guy guillermo is great. He's been here twice. Very pleasant. Comes at the time when he was supposed to be here. And most of the time, communications with collagen is pretty good. But there are times where there is some miscommunication. No call back. This app, for example, on doing the feedback doesn't work because you put in the code and it says that that code is not valid. So there are some gaps in communication and technology. And that's what I like.
