We got our water delivery today and I had caught our delivery driver to discuss how we previously mightve been given the wrong water type. He informed me of our selection but was gracious to swap it for filtered! Lucas climbed 3 sets of stairs-twice!- to swap the water for us! He was extremely kind and truly went above and beyond! I know how heavy those bottles are! (Sorry!) please give Lucas big kudos for saving our week before a big holiday!

He approaches every delivery with a friendly and positive attitude that genuinely improves our day. His attention to detail and dedication to outstanding customer service set a standard that is difficult to match.
