I have been a customer of Culligan almost 13 yin my book.ears. In all those yeas I may have found it necessary to contact service for a problem 4 times. The equipment is dependable. The people I have interacted with in service via the phone are always courteous. Salt delivery folks are courteous and respectful, at least most of them. I had a service check today after a call placed last week. It was not an emergency, but scheduled more quickly than I expected. The service tech who covers this area is #1.

I just had salt delivered and the driver was friendly and helpful. He brought the salt down to my cellar and offered to load the salt in the storage container. It was a pleasure to have such good service, service with a smile.
