Jada was invaluable today in handling my concerns and needs. We are having some difficulty with our softener and for some reason I was fortunate to get her on the phone and “Vent” in a nice way. Jada was very eager to help me out… eager to hear my situation… she had patience and empathy for me as a customer and I’m happy that she made an excellent representation of what I think Culligan is all about! She put my mind at ease… she eased my frustrations, and she was timely in my needs. I’m also very happy to have had the experience of dealing with Lisa… I believe she is her supervisor… Lisa too exemplifies what a great customer service representative should be… and is all about!
