Tim is very helpful. He spends time talking to us and explains what’s going on with the water and what he’s going to do. He also makes changes to our system based on what he sees going on. I’ve had numerous conversations with him and he’s always provided good service.

Courteous and helpful delivery people (though they differ each time!). Both a phone call and/or text apprising of date and time range of delivery. A phone call from my driveway if I do not see the truck or hear my doorbell! They take empty bags with them after filling my tank.

I had a recent service visit from Culligan for two properties that I own. Tim, the service tech, handled both service calls. He delivered salt and changed the house filter for my main house, and he delivered a new tank for a rental property. During both calls, he was courteous, professional, and willing to answer any questions. He really is a plus for Culligan! In general, I can rely on Culligan to show up when scheduled and to send excellent service people like Tim. Many thanks.

It is a pleasure dealing with Lucas. He delivers and fills salt for me. It is not easy, the water softener is located inconveniently in a crawl space, making it a difficult task. He is very patient and accommodating. He came highly recommended from coworkers as well. I will recommend Lucas to others, as he has taken the inconvenience out of owning a water softener.
