I like the fact that someone comes to our home to install the filters for our reverse osmosis unit yearly. I used to have to buy them myself & hire a plumber to install them. Plus, I know that my water is safe to drink which is important to me because we have a farm & golf course nearby. I'd also like to thank Keith, the Culligan technician, for his advice about how to keep my unit free from bacteria, Thank you, Keith!
The, the boy is, is excellent. There is a nice ring in our bottles for us as a pleasant, and the deliveries usually read time. The date they give me a call a the day before which I liked the my bibles out. And I just like the way you do business.
I like the fact that the equipment that was installed was quality equipment. The personnel in service, sales, and installation, were prompt and professional. The installer, Tyshawn was prompt, courteous, professional and tidy. After installation, which was a swap-out of our outdated equipment from the now defunct Water Source, the installer removed the old equipment and explained the new equipment to us and answered all of our questions. We are pleased with this service from beginning to end.
A D M O, the gentleman who delivers a saw is very personal. When I have issues, I had the gentleman who comes here is also very, a very good and knowledgeable. Sometimes, however, not the technicians for the service is a little too slow. In other words, if I have a problem on Monday, sometimes I have to wait over a week to get services. That's not good. Other companies say they can provide a quicker service.
