Tim came to service the water softener. He was timely, explained in great detail what was and is going on with the water softener. He was speedy but not too fast as he wanted me to understand the workings of the softener! Great job to Tim!!!! Thank you so much!

I have the water softener Evolve EVR 1044 for many years. I have great performance from this Water SOFTNER. I do get it serviced when maintenance calls for it and it continues to work very well. Where I live the water is very hard and this water softener does the job. Thanks Dennis recently came to service my Evolve and I was so happy he knew everything about EVR 1044. Dennis explained everything to me about my Evolve. He was patient, and so courteous and truly a GEM. I have been a customer of this company for many years and will continue to be. The open communication with the service department is true very important for any homeowner. Thank You Dennis for having the knowledge and experience. My Water softener is running perfect.
