When the water softener was installed, the connection to the trap was not done correctly.
When the softer recharged the discharged spilled out onto my drywall; destroying it. I want to know if Culligan will pay for the replacement of the drywall? I have contacted the Newburgh office twice, about this problem, but no representative contacted me.
