We got our water delivery today and I had caught our delivery driver to discuss how we previously mightve been given the wrong water type. He informed me of our selection but was gracious to swap it for filtered! Lucas climbed 3 sets of stairs-twice!- to swap the water for us! He was extremely kind and truly went above and beyond! I know how heavy those bottles are! (Sorry!) please give Lucas big kudos for saving our week before a big holiday!
Lucas has been our Culligan delivery driver at the VA for years and his service has been exceptional. He is consistently prompt, dependable, and professional. He approaches every delivery with a friendly and positive attitude that genuinely improves our day. His attention to detail and dedication to outstanding customer service set a standard that is difficult to match. Lucas is an invaluable part of our operations and absolutely deserves recognition for his hard work. I sincerely hope he is considered for a well earned raise.
Our Technician Tim was excellent. Not only did he explain what he was doing and what needed to be done to correct the issue we were having with our water softener. Tim also explained everything all over again to my husband via a phone call.

The servicemen were Tyshawn and Stephen. Both wonderful to work with- would recommend them highly. Punctual, knowledgeable , and kind. And Matthew, our salesman, felt like part of our family! As opposed to the usual salesman that one would not want in their house.
Culligan products for water treatment are efficient and generally reliable. The technician Will who serviced our unit was particularly knowledgeable and helped resolve our issue
They are very good about coming and bringing the salt downstairs and making sure it is put in the softener and making sure everything is in working order. The only downside is I wish they would send out a reminder of when they are coming a week before to remind us so we know ahead to open the bilco doors for them before they come. I may not look at my schedule and may have other appointments and letting me know the night before doesn’t give me the time to change my plans. I hate leaving a door unlocked if I am not there
