Mike is such an amazing person. He didn't impress as a sales person, but as a real individual. He went above and beyond in walking us through the entire process from beginning to closure. We recently had a Culligan UV filter and reverse osmosis system installed in our new home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The installer, Stephen, was extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully go over all the details of the system with us without ever making us feel rushed. His workmanship was top-notch, and he made sure everything was installed and functioning perfectly before leaving. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and values customer satisfaction.
