Keith was excellent! He serviced the entire unit from the uv lights to repairing the unit on top of the softener tank as well as changing all the filters, etc. He was knowledgeable and methodical, examining each and every part to make sure everything was working correctly. He even remembered what he did the last time he was here! He made sure everything was cleaned up (no wrappings left around) and there were no leaks anywhere.

The entire service team is awesome. Bryan super responsive, answered all my questions, coordinated service with a schedule that fit my needs. Keith the service tech was on time, responsible, communicated the process, and taught me a few preventative measures of the system. He was clean, professional and knew the equipment requirements. Great guy, great service experience.

Products are all top quality. As for the services the Culligan personal all are polite, and outstanding. They perform the service, clean up and before you know it, their gone. What else could you ask for.

I gave my review but did not mention that my serviceman Keith, has serviced my water softener several times and is always courteous and explains what he has done and why. I like that the same serviceman has returned several times because, I feel, he knows that equipment well.
