I chose Culligan based on its solid reputation and 90 year history. I’m confident that the product is solidly built and will provide years of softer water. My neighbor chose Culligan and is also happy with the product. Shane, our installer, was very knowledgeable about the product and explained it thoroughly. He was very nice to deal with, and installed our water softener perfectly.

I have used other water services, however, am beyond happy with the service and products that I get from Culligan. Both the office and administrative department are very easy to work with and also very easy to contact. They answer the phone. The gentleman who delivers for me, Lucas is so helpful and thoughtful helping me figure out how many bottles I actually did need and when to schedule them for . It’s like working with the family. And I should mention their prices are very competitive
