prompt annual preventative service but expensive, no annual warranty offered. if something goes wrong between now and the next annual service, they will be charging a huge service fee again plus parts.
The water softener works really well but I wish it had an auto-update feature for the unit's time (on the control panel) following power outages so I do not have to reset the time for every power outage or dip.
The R/O system provides excellent water quality and we use it every day.
Hello. We have been attempting to contact you for several weeks with no response from you. After our original order and set up, we were ā forgotten ā in your switch over to another computer system. We received our second delivery on a seperate date, several weeks after our originally scheduled delivery. We have been trying to confirm which of the two dates we should be prepping our used bottles for return and to receive our next delivery. Also, we originally set up to receive five (5), 5 gallon bottles of water. We would like to increase that to eight (8), 5 gallon bottles of water.
