Jonathan, the service technician found a leak that I didn’t know I had. I got the leak fixed that afternoon His discovery prevented me from having more serious issues and cleared up more than one problem, saving me money. He also explained why I was still getting some deposits on my fixtures in a way that was thorough and understandable. He was absolutely great!

The products are excellent, last long, however, a little expensive. The sales person David Flores is excellent, does not sell you what you don't need. However, I did need a new sulfer system which Stephen installed today, May 12, 2026. Stephen was also excellent, polite, explained the entire system and went above and beyond the service. Excellent sales and service installers.

Dave was our initial tester and booker of installation, and Stephen was the installer. Everything was a breeze. We had a pinhole leak in our basement due to hard water and decided to look into a softener. Both Dave and Stephen were very knowledgeable about the services and items that they were selling and both were very easy to talk to. A pleasure working with them both.
