Honestly, Mike B. was the best part of this entire experience. HANDS DOWN the best service sales man I’ve ever personally experienced. He wasn’t pushy at all, yet super knowledgeable, exuded professionalism, expertise, intentionality, care, concern, to add to that he was very relational. He is truly a standup guy. He was honest, and patient with me as I asked a plethora of questions, he didn’t rush through the meeting or the process. He had integrity, and was meticulously testing each item several times to ensure its accuracy and reliability. I was apprehensive about rent to own, but he provided us with a sense of comfort about this whole process that made me actually want to seal the deal. I would rate a 10 star if I could! Thanks again, Mike B!!!!

The technician Tim was pleasant and helpful and efficient. We discussed changing the filter since it’s been 1 year and even though it is an added expense especially given the rising prices we are all experiencing I decided to have it done. He showed me the used one and I know that I will have it changed yearly. Thank you Tim!!
