Tim qas very professional and explained everything in detail.we have older equipment and he was able to tell me what's most important. He also diagnosed that I have a faulty pressure tank which needs replacement. One other thing he pointed out was that my car's registration expired in Sept. He took the time to register my car for me through the dmv web site. Not only is he an amazing technician but also a caring person.

Tim is very friendly and a pleasure having him service my equipment quarterly. One thing i dislike about culligan is that no other company can service my equipment and im stuck with only having your company service my home. It makes me feel stuck knowing this. However i have no complaints with the company other than that.

Keith did a wonderful job replacing my salt tank , double check everything ,cleaned up. Took the time to re explain how my softener system works and what to watch out for just incase I need more service to the system! I have had my Culligan system over 25 yrs so things don’t always last forever, thank goodness for the privilege program that covers the tank replacement.

They fix our water problems with the least amount of effort on our part. Tim does a great job checking out our system in a very professional and friendly manner. His explanations are clear and thorough. We also like the fact that he is our ‘regular’ service person.

A timely response and always good service kin technician, tim did a great job today and he even made an effort to call the office and have him come back and double check in 3 weeks. That's great.
