Everything in my life should work as well as our water softener and the people who deliver the salt and service the machine. We've been very satisfied customers since 1989, and Privilege Program members for many years. Every member of the staff has always been a pleasure to work with. Our most recent appointment of salt delivery and annual service (8/31/26) was performed by technician Keith, whom has taken great care of us on numerous occasions and this visit was no exception. He is friendly, personable, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He's great at what he does.
