I really like the filtration system we have by our sink. The water tastes so much better and fresher than regular tap water, and it’s convenient to have great-tasting filtered water right at the sink. It’s something we use every day and really enjoy.

Your company received a 10 because of the amazing, experienced, knowledgeable technician that worked at my house today. Hs name is Shane Rion. We have had your product for 10+ years and have had various technicians service the system.Those techs came and serviced the system without offering much interaction. Mr. Rion was not only personable but offered interesting info about the system, responded to my wife’s endless questions, and did it all with not only a “friendly” personality but also left us with a feeling that he truly cared about checking our system, that it worked to it’s expectation, and we never felt that we were being rushed. He’s a keeper.
