I, yesterday, mike monroe was here at my house and solve the problem that I was getting blacks sludge out of my water. Hot water. And I had gotten a new hot water heater and he knew that the en route in there was causing the problem. And I just am so thankful that he knew that because my plumber didn't have any idea of if that's what was causing the black sludge.

we have had culligan in our home for 30 years and the service has always been great. Everyone who comes to svc our equipment has been especially nice and knowledgeable. The piece of mind that goes along with utilizing my culligan reverse osmosis system is great. I love knowing that my family and our pets not only enjoy a great tasting water, we love knowing that it’s doing its job. We highly recommend it to anyone who asks. The guys who have serviced our system have been the consummate professionals. They were informative, polite and worked quickly. Couldn’t ask for more.

They are prompt , professional, and easy to contact when you have a problem. Mike Monroe was our service technician today. First of all he was very respectful of our property wearing booties prior to entering, may seem like a small thing but it shows respect. Secondly he diagnosed the problem and made repairs and setting recycle times to match our usage. Lastly he informed us of all repairs and settings and made sure we had no other questions.
