Your tec was top notch. We had a problem in the softener, he knew right away what to do. For the 1st time since we lived here ( bought home in 2023). Our water is NOT extremely hard. We were using the pellets and it was clumping up and would not move. He said to use the crystals, WOW, what a difference. You have a great employee. So thankful for his GREAT customer service. That is a rarity these days.

Your response to my delivery request was handled quickly, however getting through on your phone line was incredibly difficult. I called for 2 days and no one answered. Your automated attendant put me on hold forever every time I called.

Three or four weeks prior I had called Culligan for a phone consultation on water with precipitation. Operator took my information but no one called back so I had to solve the problem without proper assistance.

Prompt response when we had an issue with a leak which resulted in the need for a new pressure tank. A technician arrived and assessed the situation and was able to schedule an installation specialist to make the replacement and repair the same day.
I have had culligan for years. so under the new system, we both have gotten my bill correct. so i see today is a delivery day. so I have left a note on the door to tell someone i am home.
I see we do not have the call saying some one will delivery today.
