I like the products especially the Reverse Osmosis System. I like having a contact person, in my case Andrew Wheeler, to oversee the various services provided. Andrew was also very responsive to any problems or glitches we encountered.
We have a well and between the softening and R/O systems I feel confident in the quality of water we are consuming. I upgraded our system to the “Smart” units and like the feedback we get from them. They also are quick to point out any issues when they occur.
