The filter under our sink is so convenient for us compared to the bottles. Love the idea of changing the filter once a year. The service guy is friendly, always on time and explains what he is doing.

The water is delicious and the customer service team is amazing. The best part of my service is my friendly delivery driver, Stephen. Stephen delivers water to my work place which inspired me to try home delivery. Because I work so close to home, Stephen also delivers to my home. I want to personally thank him for his hard work 🙏🏽.

Culligan had always had great customer service, always on time and if something changes there is always communication. Our delivery driver Stephen is wonderful, makes us aware if service date changes, his schedule…etc. No complaints!

Mike Monroe did an amazing job. Explained the system. Tested our water made sure everything was working correctly.

Service person was easy to converse with and informative. Gave me much more information about my system than what I received from installation crew. Answered my questions. Explained why my system was not operating correctly. Fixed the system and told me how to monitor it for future problems. Explained how to turn water source on, off, and correctly for the system to use it. Very satisfied with his service.

Harry was the serviceman doing my yearly maintenance on my water softener. He was very friendly and professional. He went about his business in a timely fashion.
