I don't have to do the luging

Deliveries are at the right time and on time and employees are friendly and professional.

Regular service is important. Regular delivery of salt is convenient, and I believe the filling of the salt tank is included although I have seldom had the salt tank. (But it'sgetting harder for me to do this myself.) My impression is that the salt is an expensive part of the service (which is an expensive part of the service).

Tastes good!

I like the fact that my water is soft and not hard which would cause my appliances which use water to not last that long. I also like the tech “Moe” that came today to repair my softener system because he explained each thing he was doing and it was repaired and working correctly when he left.

I like the people that delivers such a stephen who delivers my salt. He's always willing to answer any questions I may have about what's going on with my system. But that is what I just overall like. My re where I'm getting from my water to drink in to use as well as the people. Thank you.

We have had an excellent experience with your service technician, Mike Monroe.

Our local Culligan rep Chad Lockeow came over to the house and tested our water and recommended a few upgrades instead of replacing the entire unit. I feel like he really listened to our problems and he worked very well with Conrad the plumber who installed an iron filter and replace the resin beads. They both worked as a team to solve our problems we're very happy with the work done.

My water softener went down after about 10 years of working reliably, and in less than an hour Moe found the three specific issues that needed to be rectified. He fixed two and was able to get things in motion to order the part for the third. A huge part of solving problems is accurately identifying them, and Moe gave me a high level of confidence that he had done so proficiently. Thank you!
