Art from Culligan was just out and did an amazing job on hooking up my new faucet as the last stopped working .
He was polite respectful and left no mess , and the RO system is working great and delivering great water . Iām very happy and I want to thank art for a great job repairing my system, and doing within the week I called for service.
As the expression goes ā Hey Culligan man ā should be your first call for great quality water and service.

I love the way they come to the house and bring the bottles in . Very heavy for elderly people. The serviceman we have is super nice and we miss him when they send someone else. Love everything about their service.
Service is excellent although, I did not like the short notice of upcoming service. I explained
this to the customer service rep who promptly offered to email me the schedule for as far out as was planned, about 18 months.
We enjoy having soft water and appreciate that maintenance issues are handled by them when we notice an issue. Salt delivery is seamless with the only requirement for us is to occasionally break up the salt bridging.
The people from Culligan including sales, office and field tech have been great but their subcontractor Silverado has been totally incompetent. They delivered and installed my equipment but it was the Culligan field tech who discovered they never ensured it was operating (it wasn't) and never checked the discharge line for leaks (of which there are 2 running water down the walls). For arrangements to correct the problems, Silverado has been extremely lame saying it's been 90 days since the install and can't be out for a week. Nothing anywhere says anything about "90" days. That's an excuse created for their convenience. Silverado staff may have attended a Culligan training session for install but they obviously paid NO attention. NOBODY including a supervisor who came out here to finish the original install. I will now be waiting for next Wednesday to ideally get soft water finally after 4 months since the original order. Some problems getting a customer up and running are understandable and that is fine but total incompetence cannot be tolerated. I will gladly recommend Culligan but not until they do all their own work eschewing these subs who may or may not have any idea of what they are doing only accepting the work for money.
We love the taste of the water and the service was prompt. The delivery was seamless and the delivery man was excellent. He was very helpful. We tried other services, both Costco and Primo and they didn't show up. Culligan showed up. We look forward to many years with them.
I like the product but, you raised the price again was $52.77 and it went up again $58.06, we are on a fixed amount of income, We might have to do something elso. Thank You and God Bless Jim Horton.
