we had a mis-communication on last delivery but he was able to come back and deliver. Awesome guy!!
My concern though is my account after several times of confirming it was corrected to be Potassium delivery and that i have 6 bags free on my account. It turns out.. my account was not corrected and hoping that I still have credit for the remaining 2 free bags of potassium before charging begins. That is my only stress point so far with Culligan. The vagueness of answers to my questions only to find out my account was still not set up property and the correct amount of potassium bags credited to my account was incorrect. I sure don't like the intentional errors on my account and the supposed corrections...only to find out that
I like our delivery driver Brian and Mike who is the supervisor. He is very helpful and has made things much easier. We did have issues with our account being changed but that was not Mike or Brian's fault. Now that it has been fixed things are working well.
The lady who has handled our inquiries has been very pleasant. The installer and the delivery men bring supplies have always been what I would consider above average, especially the installer of the system. I personally appreciated dealing with the salesman. His personality was a bit unique and I enjoy the conversation and his apparent loyalty to the company.
