We have a wonderful courteous and dedicated representative as our delivery person. Jay is always friendly, pleasant, and helpful as he delivers to us. Whenever we have a concern or problem he takes care of it immediately. One week when he came we informed him that it seemed like our machine was not working properly and had a leak. He instantly changed the machine that day and actually reviewed the proper way for us to replace the water when needed. Jay is truly an excellent representative for Culligan and we really appreciate his dedication and service.
