I recently purchased a full Culligan water filtration system and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Cory, the sales representative, was knowledgeable, low-pressure, and let the water test results speak for themselves. He made the process simple and got me scheduled for installation quickly. Chris handled the installation and did an outstanding, thoughtful job. He took the time to explain everything clearly, so I knew exactly how the system works. Overall, this was money well spent—I’m very pleased with both the product and the service.

We appreciate clean filtered water that is always ready. The service people have been on time, pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. We prefer to have a service call to change the tank and filter, though it’s much cheaper to bring the tank and filter to the store for service. But it is physically hard for us to do so. As long-term customers (years and years), we’d like a price break on the service costs.

Jay took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the system before he left.
