Your water consistently appears to be the product demanded by the ladies in my household. They are unable to appreciate our tap water in the way those of us with less discriminating taste-buds may. Personally, if it doesn't smell like something else, taste like something else, have a warning color to it, or contain chunks without being cold, (and stays available) I guess I'm generally H2O oblivious. However, as I mentioned, the ladies feel strongly that beyond being gleefully oblivious, I'm also just wrong. So, I've also come to appreciate your service, your consistency in pricing and accessibility - because whenever the ladies get thirsty and they're not after any tall slender bottles, the big blue upside-down one needs to have something in it...or it will be my fault. I guess you're more consistent than me. Umm thanks!?
Sure wish delivery did not come so early, I don't like leaving the empty bottles out all night, so I put them out when I get up and they were already here so I missed the delivery again for like the 3rd time in a row now. I don't need water just need to return the empty bottles back at this time.
When I called, my appointment was quickly scheduled. The technician called to set a time frame. He was able to come earlier than he originally thought and he called again to see if the new time would work for me. Appreciate the customer service.
The installer was very friendly. He explained all that he did with regard to the installation. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The system has worked great and we are enjoying the soft water.
I have had Culligan water for over 20 years. Recently I tried a local competitor in order to save a few pennies. What I found was their water tasted like ordinary tap water, and if I wanted that I would have just stopped purchasing water. So I came back to Culligan. You can just taste the difference and Culligan is the best tasting water out there. I will never change again.
