I did not get his name, but I believe he told me. He looked at the water softener, determined the number of bags of salt needed, went out to the truck, returned with the salt, and finished quickly. He was happy and pleasant, a definite asset to Culligan.

I have always used Culligan Soft Water Services. They are courteous, professional and address customers questions. They give me plenty of notification when the next service call with be expected and follow instructions on how to access the softener when I wouldn't be home.
