We appreciate your products and services! Everyone who has come to our home is pleasant and helpful with any questions we may have. Our water softener is just what we needed. We appreciate the service of delivering and loading salt and checking to make sure things are working properly. The only suggestion we have is that we could possibly be notified of an approximate time of day when you will be here for those deliveries. We receive notifications for the days, but not approximate times. We just want to make sure someone is home. Thank you!

We have this guy back again and we like him. We had a delivery guy recently who kept not showing up and when we called, the explanation was that we had canceled the delivery. We never canceled any of them. All three of them. Anyway, service is good again and we like our delivery guy.
