We just had the new smart HE soft water unit installed a few weeks back up, but it was still not working correctly. FRANCISCO R came out to service the unit and address my problems. He listened to all my concerns and serviced the unit. He discovered that initial settings were not set up correctly and double checked the drain line was clear. I am extremely grateful for his knowledge and he did a great job of explaining why the unit was not working correctly. Everything is now fixed thanks to FRANCISCO R!

I am very happy with my Culligan water dispenser. It's easy to use & maintain. The Culligan service agent always makes sure I have an extra unopened water bottle on hand. The service is very good and ready to help me with any problem I may have any time of the day. I am so glad I no longer have to carry bottles of water from the grocery store upstairs!
