I am very satisfied with the service from Culligan. There have been times that my tank has run out of soft water, but when I notify the office, replacement is prompt. Office staff is very helpful and friendly. I did have contact with a service representative who mentioned a pipe attachment that he thought would be a good thing for my tank, and said someone would set up an appt. since someone would have to be here. I am not sure of the gentleman's name , I believe it was Fransisco. I would still like to have that attachment to my tank, but I may have deleted and blocked the phone number since I was not familiar with the number. Your customer service rep, Manuel Madrid, went above and beyond the call of duty this morning when I called in. He consolidated my accounts and changed my email address twice at my request, professionally and with patience. Thank you for hiring men like Mr. Madrid to serve your customers. Also, Mike Stone delivers water in my classroom. He comes quickly, working hard, and is friendly and professional around my 2nd graders. He's been delivering my water for 4 years and I appreciate the quality and consistency of service you and your employees provide. I hope you do all you can to retain employees like Mike and Manuel.
