I had forgotten to add salt to my water softener, and it was in dire need. They realized how important it was. The delivery man made a special stop three hours later. How kind of the employees! I really appreciated the extra effort to help me!

They always are ready to come out and fill our brine tank when its low. It is only the two of us and we don't go thru a lot of water showers etc like big family's do as we are retired. So we are not on a scheduled stop anymore and therefore I call it in when needed. Always great service and great gals to talk to on the phone from their office.
