Having the water conditioner has greatly improved life in several ways. The laundry is a cleaner with less detergent, household appliances suffer less wear and tear and our skin is softer and less itchy! The R.O. water saved my aquarium! The services to support these systems has been great also. All of your service technicians have done an excellent job finding and eliminating glitches before they become problems! They educate us on how the systems work.

I really appreciate their reminders that they are coming on a certain date, that they take the heavy sacks to the basement and put them in the softener, and their friendly manner while doing it.
