Love the service ! The friendliness of all employees is outstanding! The salt softens even our hard well water . Would recommend them and their delivery service no lifting salt bags from the car to the house and they will even put it in your softener! Proud to be a customer of 50 years !!

Today I noticed the salt delivery truck pulling into my driveway, and I opened my front door as the gentleman was hauling the 50-lb bag up to my step. He offered to take it inside, and thus I was spared from having to do that unpleasant task myself. We chatted, and he looked at the controller on my water softener and made some adjustments that should allow us to get more mileage from our salt tank and keep our water nice and soft. I really appreciated his efforts. Thanks, Culligan!

The people are friendly who deliver the salt and always come the day they say. The gal in the office is also very nice. I do have one thing: When I signed on, the gentleman said you would take my old softener out and get rid of it for me. I am by myself and need you to do that. However it has mostly been one person and he can't do it lone as there are narrow stairs to manuever. Could you please arrenge to take it away for me??
