We've had our softener since we built the house. We've rented all 42+ years. That's probably stupid, but it's been replaced at least once and service calls were no charge for a while, then we added a contract to it and our owned reverse osmosis system.
The service has been great and friendly. For a number of years our tech has been Lowell, who is wonderful and this week we had his son, Lane

I know I am using a quality product and service. It is very easy contact you if I need to reschedule a delivery. I like that I get a phone call and text letting me know that my driver is about 5 minutes away. All the delivery personnel have been very polite and respectful of my property.
Organs treated me very well for 42 years. Coal una got replaced, i think in 2015. Otherwise the guys have come out and done their maintenance annually and nature, they reported to us what they found and what they did. And happy with them generally in the last several years it's been law and today was his son lane. Thank you.
I like products that work yours indeed work. I have only one small complaint and that is to tighten up the delivery time of salt delivery having to wait all day for the salt man to come is ridiculous. I don’t mind waiting a few hours, but all day is out of the question
Products are great and service is flexible and prompt.
However, please advise your drivers that they should offer to take bags of salt down to the basement. Mine didn’t and I’m a little old for that kind of activity.
