I've used Culligan for years. Not only in my own home but my rental property as well. Always have had prompt, efficient service. The staff is friendly and always there to help with any situation that arises. There is no other choice.

Everything is OK, except delivery times. I need to be home when delivery comes, but I never know when driver will arrive. This week it was around 8am. I guess you can call and get a window time which helps on the day of delivery. The driver was here before I could call. Suggest get automated delivery windows of 2 hours on day of delivery. Understand it is difficult to be real precise, but current situation is not good.
