Technician was out of the Irving location because unfortunately the Weatherford service center lost both of their outstanding technicians who usually come out. So I was apprehensive this time but he was on time, fast, careful, and polite—all the while training a new technician who shadowed him on this service call to change out my Big Blue carbon sediment filter. Very pleased! Culligan does a great job training their technicians!
