Starting with Service, the technicians we have encountered have done well to assist with any issues from the original install to doing the necessary maintenance. I really appreciated Keegan for his thoroughness. The product is a water softener system which is not a luxury as much as it is a necessity here. This system has improved our water tremendously. We no longer experience the mineral staining and deterioration of hardware as we did initially. We tried others and none have delivered on service or working product like Culligan has. You might think you will save money with others. Let me assure you that has not been my experience. I could not be more pleased with Ryan and her crew out of Weatherford, TX.
The service technicians like Nixon are awesome. Nixon is so polite, caring and professional. The service techs always let me know how my Culligan Water System is performing and always leave things nice and clean. Thank you Culligan and the Service Team for a job well done!
Fast friendly service. Very knowledgeable about water and how to fix it. Above all honest about their service and follow through with any problems I’ve had. So I have had no problems.
We were extremely pleased with the man that came out to Installed our unit, they were very professional. They knew exactly what they needed to do. We have a lot of rock on our property, and they worked really hard to get the job done. But the salesperson, on the other hand was a joke. He kept saying the same thing over and over that everything was included from start to finish on install. And everything was included in the price. Then, the installers showed up. And we had to postpone the install and get a electrician. The salesman was very misleading and also wrote on the paper that we would be responsible for the cover of the unit ourselves. Without telling us this information. When we called him and asked him why he wrote that on the paper without telling us or explain to us, he said he always does that. And other customers don't have a problem. So when we had to call him back because we needed electrician, again, at our expense that we were not told about. He would not answer his phone or return our calls. My husband called from his company phone and the man picked up Immediately. All he was worried about was making the sale. It was very sharp and rude on the phone and said. Well, if you want to write a $500 check, I'll have the cover hotshotted out there. There was other things that were said. And happened, it almost cost culligen a sale because of his attitude and lies.
