Everyone is always kind and helpful, from the office staff to technicians to the delivery drivers. That goes a long way with me, and I can't say that about many companies. Also, the fact that my pricing has stayed the same for many years. I understand that the cost of things has to change from time to time, but Culligan has kept our pricing changes to a minimum.
