The people are the key to any successful business. During the unfortunate situation of my Mother slipping into dementia over a period of a couple of years the people at Southern Water have been wonderful. The people in the office extraordinarily helpful and the service techs kind and understanding with Mom. Most recently I saw Lee at the house, and he helped me diagnose a small problem before it becomes a serious one. I can't say enough good things about the staff, and that's why I recommend them so highly.
