The fact that I don't have to buy water. I like the convenience of knowing I always have good water when I turn on the faucet. We ha v e had culligan for many years and would not make a move unless culligan could service us. Our service person is Roberto and he is polite, neat and very knowledgeable. He always makes sure we are satisfied before he leaves. Roberto is ery trust worthy. Had culligan when we lived in ohio and now have culligan here in Florida.

I was satisfied with the two reps with the work they @ccomplished in stopping the leak. Having moved into this home that already had a water softener am not happy with the fact that it was installed outside and not in the garage. Will live with this.
