We’ve been with Culligan for over 4 yrs. Not having to worry about your drinking water, especially these days is paramount. There have been a couple bumps in the road, one being a bill disagreement. Culligan was quick to look in the matter & it was resolved promptly. We’re very satisfied with their service.

I love the idea of having clean, chlorine free water! The installers were wonderful, friendly, totally knowledgeable, and I’ve heard Culligan’s name over the past 50 years as being the best!! and now I know that they absolutely are the best!

Our last technician Chauncey was absolutely wonderful. I'm 81 years old and do not understand how salt water filter's work, but he took the time to explain things I asked about and made me feel very comfortable about my system. Our water is soft again and it feels so good to simply take a shower and wash my hair, thanks to Chauncey.. Braxton, He was very professional, very personable, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about 20 minutes. He took the time to explain to me what the problem was and that the only fix was to replace the whole little unit. He did a wonderful job and with his personality and his skill set I would hire him in a minute William Merchant
